Our first visit to the Millsite Inn was a mixed bag. The good: the fries, sweet potato fries and tater tots were deliciously fresh, hot, and crispy. The Swiss cheese and mushroom topping for one burger was also well prepared. The red table wine was surprisingly drinkable. Very cozy place to hangout, they have live music all time, pool to play and amazing food. Loved the pizza and garlic bread. They make inhouse dough so the pizza and garlic bread was super fresh and tastie.
We were hungry driving down highway 7 and spotted this wide spot in the road. I have to admit I didn't expect much in the way of food. It is a bar with some pool tables and a few tables for food service. We had a cheese burger and a turkey club sandwich. Holy damn, the portion were huge!. The taste was excellent and had my choice of fries or tots. I was impressed with the quality.
