A perfectly serviceable burger king. Food is sometimes cold, but never got sick over it. Fast food employees are there to sling burgers, and robust fine at it.

We had pulled up to the window and right away the young teenage girl with a brown ponytail was rolling her eyes and being disrespectful, we had asked if we could cancel our order and she stared at us and slammed the window shut and walked away rolling her eyes, none of the other employees said anything which me and my boyfriend thought was weird because we both work in food. The manager or someone else was sent to the window and they just laughed at the matter. Completely unacceptable.This place has no respect for their customers,

I used to work at this location a couple yrs ago, and I can't anything has rlly changed... Still extremely understaffed, and i get it. Only saving grace was the worker who served me, who was super polite and honest. Took 10 mins to get a sandwhich, asked for no tomatoes an for honey mustard sauce and neither request was fufilled. Tried calling in to let them know, and like always, no answer until the machine eventually asked for my access code? I've run into the manager Sam in store, and in public... he's extremely rude and just generally unpleasant to witness his treatment of others. Been here several times in the past years and they always mess up our orders, and never answer phone. Thought this location would improve with new management, huge disappointment...

I try not to make a habit of eating fast food, but I have lived in Wellington since 2018 so I have been to this location numerous times. I feel this location gets slammed all the time on FB. Not sure why because I have had nothing but good experiences. We personally always do the drive-thru. We usually get asked how we are doing, and they say "thank you" after our order is placed. Honestly, the level of professionalism makes me think the BK is stepping up their training and/or standards.I have to give a shout out to Dustin. I feel like I always show up when he is on the clock. He is a hard worker. Taking to-go orders then turning around and making fries. This guy is always over-the-top nice. He deserves a promotion/raise because you don't find that level of kindness in food service anymore. Thanks Dustin for caring about your job (like so many don't) and thanks BK...I'm enjoying my burger tonight.

Perhaps I caught the employees on a bad day because myself and my employees had a horrible time at this location. My employee, T, after purchasing a drink with his meal, went back to refill his drink and also put frozen coke in his large personal bottle. An employee, S, took exception to this, claimed repeated that T was "stealing" the drink and even threatened to call the police. This is where I stepped in because that seemed incredibly unnecessary. Both T and I both attempted to pay for additional drinks in order to cover the assumed theft however this wasn't enough. To the employees it was now about respect. The employee in question then overcharged T which is further insult to injury. I then gave the employee my company name, TWICE, after he asked. I will admit that I said a few cuss words both in general and at the employee, that is my part to play in all this. Not only was this situation wholly unnecessary but it seemed strangely targeted at my employee who doesn't have the best physical appearance. We will not be returning to this location and will likely not return to Burger King if this is how they handle a drink dispute, with talk of calling cops!?

Wow. Yesterday I witnessed a professional bully target my coworker while having lunch. The manager, whose three letter name begins with S confronted my coworker and accused him of stealing frozen Coke out of the Slushi machine by the drink dispenser. My coworker tried to politely resolve the issue by paying for a second drink, but manager S was not okay with that resolution and continued to accuse my coworker of being a thief and bully him by creating a scene in the store that was becoming uncomfortable quickly. My crew chief, whom I shall call "L" stepped in and tried to resolve the issue as well. Some nearby patrons asked me why the manager was being a jerk to my coworker? I just laughed it off and at this point my coworker paid $6.00 for whatever S wanted but S was still unhappy and threatening to call the authorities. It was stupid overall, unnessessary, and could have been resolved a lot more professionally. I also will mention that manager S was already in jerk mode as I winessted him step between two patrons waiting in line without saying much of an "excuse me" to either person earlier in the lunch hour , one of which was a lil old lady of about 80 years old wearing her white cowboy hat. Manager S needs some conflict resolution classes and anger managment classes. I hate crticizing people, but this was intolerable.

If you are on a schedule, don't stop here. Sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes and you can't bail the drive thru due to curbs. Thought I would make tball on time, thought wrong. Will not stop again.

Didnt actually get food at the Burger King, only went to the gas station side. The place was busy. The parking lot area is a bit small and laid out poorly.
