I stop by after dialysis sometimes and 1st I asked for onions on my pizza I got like 4 pieces, then I thought ok I will PAY for extra onions. I added extra onions PAID for it ,extra onions 4x I got the same amount as beforeWhen I said something the guy at the counter said that is extra I was all really I hit extra 4xs. He was well I can make it again,as I said coming from dialysis I didn't want to wait. So if you want the NORMAL or EXTRA amount of toppings make sure you talk to them because they don't get it. ?

What a joke of a company. They delivered pizza 2 weeks ago to our house and apparently 7 months ago they don't deliver outside of 2 miles. We're 4.4 miles away from their store. ?

Just want to say how impressed I was with the young man with the bright colored hair. He was working double the speed of the other employees and also giving directives to maintain quality, more than 5 times in the 5 minutes I was there. I hope management sees this review and rewards this employee accordingly whether it be promotions or through development opportunities.I oversee a department with 60 employees myself and have never seen such effort. Great job!

My older sister works here and her name is Alex and she flipped me off and cussed me out then she tryed to click my out for walking in she has pink hair try to ovoid her he name is Alex but they have good food

4 stars on Trip Advisor. Come on, does anyone there actually know how to read? While it is true that Fort Collins and Colorado as a whole are not foodie paradises, at least there are countless places to eat that are galaxies better than this one. As for the food, I would rather eat the cardboard.

I think things have gotten crazy out of line.! I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. A good sandwich however I found it a little dry. So when I ordered it this time I asked for a little extra Ranch and I was charged $1 to have a tiny bit of ranch dressing added .

This store is absolutely amazing I go in mostly in the evenings they are usually slammed have never failed to get my order right great customer service I know they are required to say Hi when u enter but still what a great bunch of employees the only time I've ever encountered even the slightest problem was my pizza was a little burnt but you know what I ate it anyway and it still was fine.

Ordered 2 pizzas and some spinach/feta bread. James delivered in 15 minutes, to the east side of I-25. When he opened the bag steam rolled out, they were so fresh! Everything was cooked well and delicious!
Every single time we order from this Domino's, they mess up our order. Anything from wrong ingredients and missing sauce to completely forgetting a pizza. When I call they give some excuse and say they will get the pizza out to us but it won't be here for 45 mins. We already waited 45 mins for the original order and then have to wait another 45 mins for a pizza they missed. On top of that, I always request to speak to a manager and they are just plain rude (the manager). Call me old fashioned (I'm only 37) but what happened to good customer service?! Especially from a manager. Thankfully another Domino's store opened up close by so we will never order from the Wellington store again.UPDATE: My husband called back to speak with the manager after finding out they messed up another order AND the manager (Alex) was rude to me on the phone. Alex raised his voice at my husband and spoke over him, urging him to "come down to the store" and not allowing my husband to get a word in. So, my husband went down there. Alex proceeded to raise his voice and even had the audacity to cuss at my husband right in the store in front of other customers. He (Alex) did, absolutely NOTHING to deescalate the situation. In fact, he proceeded to escalate it. I only hope the franchisee owner reads these reviews to see what type of manager they have working for them. Both my husband and I own our own businesses and would be absolutely mortified if an employee ever spoke to a customer that way, regardless. It's simply not ok.

Apparently there drivers won't carry $25 dollars to make change. So I ordered for carry out. When I arrived I was told that it's against store policy for them to except $50s when the order is only $15. This place is joke.

The delivery driver literally threw everything on the floor... there was garlic butter all over the floor cheese etc ALL THROWN ON THE FLOOR.. good job dominos
