Ordering at the counter is not made convenient. Orders complete would be nice. Not having to ask for condiments would be nice.

I now refuse to go back to this McDonald's ever again. They I can't seem to get any order right. The last 4 times I've been there pick out my order wrong.This time I ordered a double quarter pounder deluxe. I Only got a double quarter pounder with cheese with overcooked beef patties that aren't a quarter pound each and my fries were dtone cold. This McDonald's is not worth your money.

Wow! Wellington McDonald's SKIP IT!!! THE night shift lead has ABSOLUTELY NO PEOPLE SKIILS! sadly, I was a bit shocked as I told him McCopCo was gonna hear of this. An thar his KVS screens weren't to exceed 3mins in the drive through so my 15mins wait for some chicken nuggets, dry burnt double cheese burgers an whelp no slaw fries that didn't even get into the bag was BULLSH** YEP 15MIN!!! an I was told that it's 10pm an that every car in the drive through went to wait in the front parking lot, as if I knew because u was stuck at window 3 while all the other cars drove past me. I told him I wanted a full refund, and he refused and told me thar all customers must wait long times at night. inremined him her isnt fallowing policy or procedure if it was more than 3 mins in the drive through, poor kid had deer.in the headlights look, whwn i explained yes i know the rules as a former McDonald's manager myself. He just kept being rude, saying he doesn't care if i notified corp or his store manager, So I did him the honor of telling others here too! But I told him that the bottom line is 15 minutes and is definitely inexcusable! To be honest, I didn't check the bag before driving away, I was tired and irritated. But ine I stopped to eat an there were no fries, an the burgers dry n burnt! Yuck!

Worst McDonald’s I’ve been too. Constantly late with doordash orders. Today was 9 minutes past pickup time. For the low pay of 4.00 for the order it’s not worth it. Left without food and canceled. Employees were moving slow and just joking around with each other.

There is no excuse for cold fries. There is no excuse for filling them up less than half way. Attached picture actual fry I got. Not even a quarter of the way full.

The ice cream machine never seems to be working when we come to this place.
Absolutely disgusted by this. Hair dirt and debris was found in my SONS chicken nuggets every last one like it was dropped on the floor and just scooped right back in the box, and the guy who preped our food who just got there was more worried about his break then the quality of care he put in his job and I know this cause as his boss was handed my food and hand me the bag he asked about break and she was pretty loud about the fact that he just got there. Maybe make sure you can do your job before you dont have one.

At another visit through the drive through staff parked me and forgot my order completely. It has gotten worse. Any other mcdonalds is better off. Don't bother with this one. The only reason it's still open is it's the only one in town but don't let it fool you 10/10 should be shut down. understand it's crappy fast food but staff is not the best and honestly they will never give you a proper order. They can't even make a coffee with cream even when you ask them twice. See photo for proof. Take your money to any other restaurant...... Heck the gas station probably has better and more accurate service.

Went threw drive up while I was paying at first window a Chevy Tahoe went around us then they didn't know what my order was then they had me go to the therd window until all the traffic in the drive up was gone then they came to the third window and asked me what I ordered west there for another 10 minutes still no food then I demanded my money back and that took another 10 minutes management is a very sorry case
