Online it says they open at 5 am, I showed up at 5:30 am and they said they donāt open for another 20 minutes. Either they didnāt want to take my order or the times it opens is wrong on Google.

I'm mclovin this restaurants friendly vibe, ice cream, and am happy to say that the employees who eat, sleep, and breathe McDonald's truly do work hard no matter the weather! It makes my day to know people work hard and give up their sleep schedules just to get that big mac out, to sometimes what can be nonstop customers, and although I don't really eat at McDonald's much just hearing the stories is enough to make me wonder if I should come in, and get a treat sometime. One employee even has a skateboard and it's so cool to me how they've come over on their break to where I'm employed nearby, just to get a taco. It really makes employee's shifts so much better and causes you to pray that maybe someday they'll get their sign fixed finally so that you can stare out the window and feel a sense of peace. Also been wondering why they have a ominous cross in the middle of their wall, but it's been great inspiration for spooky ghost stories at 11PM to debate about. Nonetheless, the managers who keep this place running definitely deserve a tip for how welcoming and peaceful they are, even to total clowns, and never show any judgement for liking pickles!

Waited 3 minutes for someone to start my order, with nobody in front of me. Place my order for a large #2b, 2 apple pies, and a 6 piece with BBQ. Instead, she puts 6 BBQ sauces on my order. Good job. Next, no receipt after my payment. Receive my beverage and bag of items...or so i thought. Get moving and hop on the interstate, reach over to indulge on my fries, only to find out there are none in my bag. Naturally, the next exit south of Wellington is 9 miles south, thus making a physical return to the location unreasonable. Do yourselves a favor - fire every single person in there and automate the place. Flippy has twice the competence of anyone in there, and he's a spatula for God sake.

Not sure how it's possible to mess up 2 large fries and give me nuggets instead, called for my refund and the guy told me his friend was new and he could/can refund over the phone then changes his mind telling me to come back tomorrow with the nuggets.

Worse McDonalds ever, and I live in Wellington. Iāll choose any other fast food restaurant than this one just bc of the crappy service. No one knows anything and everyone is running around unorganized and chaotic. For the first fast food chain, not only is this disappointing but shameful for you guys.

Did not satisfy the late night cravings. First we all wanted ice cream but it was ābrokenā, then after we had already ordered they supposedly ran out of the blue raspberry slushy but nothing was said prior to that. Then when they asked what drink we wanted instead, they still messed it up. The customer was terrible it took forever for them to come to the register. Very dissatisfied with this McDonaldās, i donāt recommend at all. On top of it all we didnāt even get our monopoly tickets. DISAPPOINTING!!!

Every time we go to this McDonalds, before 1:00am, it is closed. There are employees inside but they dont want to do their job. Nice way to run a business.
I alway get parked when I order one or two things off the app! I order on the app to save time and they park me. And there is never anyone behind me like no, Iām not driving around the entire building just to sit there for two seconds for you to bring me up. My two freaking items hit them to me at the window just because your times are slow.

Ordering at the counter is not made convenient. Orders complete would be nice. Not having to ask for condiments would be nice.
