It's ok. You almost have to order at the kiosks. Sometimes I just want to give a human my order...they ignore you here. It wasn't even busy. The chicken nuggets are awful...but that's all McDonald's.
The food isn’t usually bad, but the service ruins it every time at this location. I would rather go out of my way to get McDonald’s in Fort Collins before I come back to Wellington after work because this one always messes things up. I’m tired of not getting the sauces I ask for, the extra pickles, the wrong drink, cold fries. The sauce one really gets me because it’s something that ends up in almost everyones order, yet gets completely forgotten about at this location...
The team they had working tonight was in the weeds, but Chris(the floor manager this evening) was extremely helpful with trying to expedite our orders. He felt badly about how long it took, so he even gave me a little extra food to try and make up for the delay with the food. I wasn't upset or anything, but I feel like he went above and beyond what was required of him, and I appreciate his generosity.
