I had to remove my review from 5 years ago when our sandwiches were so bad I posted a picture and hadn't been back until today. The manager woman that was working today did a perfect job all sandwiches were fresh full and ready in hardly any time. I'm impressed, thank you.

The last 2 times I've been there they have spread my avocado on my sandwich w their fingers. They are wearing gloves but is it really that hard to get a utensil? The sandwich was so small as well. They put like 2 ounces of tuna per sandwich then if you ask for double meat they charge you when an actual portion of protein should be 4 ounces. They need some food safety training!

Just awful. To start, somehow they’re out of steak making my wife and I’s sandwiches, which inconvenient, but I’ll get over it. They offer to make a new sandwich so I ask for a chicken bacon ranch. Get my food… there’s no ranch. How we managed to forget that is beyond me. Then, we order 3 raspberry cheesecake cookies, and end up with 3 double chocolate cookies. No notice of being out of what we ordered so either they omitted that or just can’t read. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.

I noticed they put less in my protein bowl than we use to get. And you no longer can see the proteins and veggies to see what you want and if it's fresh....disappointing

They are out of bread a lot and usually they are out of something. I don't like to leave a negative review but I'm hoping this will get them to do better in the future. I just don't understand how they're always out of bread.

Ordered through the app adding double meats to both subs and only received a single layer on both sandwiches. Quality has really decreased in the last year. If you do go to this location make sure to order in store so you can watch them make it. Very disappointed could not get anyone to answer the phone about this issue!

Subway has always been a decent place but these guys are horrible. Probably worse than McDonald's (A place I consider the lowest of the low). I ordered (on the app) three subway series for dine in and two to go. The dine in was a tuna and 2 supreme meats. They messed up all the veggies on the tuna (basically took the ones from one of the supreme meats and put it on the tuna). They failed to put any veggies on one supreme meat and didn't put any pepperoni on the other. The to go sandwiches were a supreme meats and a chicken bacon ranch. Somehow, the idots who made them put the chicken on the supreme meats and the pepperoni, salami and ham on the chicken/bacon ranch. Both were also supposed to come with bacon but only the supreme meats did and it was literally raw. They also switched the breads and didn't toast them. I could understand a few small mess ups every once in a while but to mess up five, FIVE! subway series sandwiches that only had minor customization (ex. add bacon and spinach) is absolutely insane! I will never eat here again.

Nick made my sandwiches today. Great customer service! Patient and helpful with answering questions, good at multitasking and greeting customers as they walked in. He made what would normally be a mediocre sandwich-making experience friendly & pleasant.
The servers even let me taste test different toppings and sauces so I could decide on my ideal flavor combination!

Only giving the service 4 stars because even though it took forever, the 2 girls working the counter were doing their best and working as fast as they can. They were trying to handle rush hour lines mixed in with pick up orders. They made my order exactly how I wanted it and as put together as they can.
With that being said, I have gone to this Subway multiple times since we live up North. We’ve been to other Subways in the Fort Collins/Loveland area. I understand we are a small town and the owners think they don’t need more than 2 people working the counter….The truth is YOU NEED TO HIRE AT LEAST 3 FOR THE FRONT LINE. Like some others in FoCo/Loveland area. We’re a small town with limited options so of course Subway is going to be one the busiest.
Also, this Subway always never is stocked up with chips like the others. Subway N. College 15 minutes away is stocked up. Everything else they have, the owners and/or managers should be present at least working a shift. I’ve never seen managers there to help out.

Every single time I go into this location there is one worker who looks absolutely infuriated at the other worker, and rightfully so. You would guess that these kids have never seen a sandwich before in their entire lives! Today, the kid working made my sandwich and didn't even cut the bread, he mostly just tore it open and proceeded to forcefully shove all of the toppings into it. And guess what, it didn't close! I come home to a sandwich that is just a wrapping full of random ingredients falling all over the place. Usually when someone gets hi before going into work at a sandwich place they make the best sandwiches ever, however, these kids get hi and burn off their last two functioning braincells right before going into work. Get a grip! (However, 5 Stars to the poor other kid who has to deal with this behavior as a coworker, you deserve the world).

Breck the Panther
So I pulled in here I was traveling from Northern Wyoming to stay in Denver overnight. When I came in, I had to go to the bathroom pretty bad. I tried to get a key, but couldn’t. The employees got my order totally wrong and seemed spaced out (drygged) and although they seem American, they were having trouble understanding, and I felt like it was because they were on drugs. I couldn’t get into the restroom and ended up peeing in the parking lot .
