I called the store 10+ times before getting someone to anwser when they did i was hung up on once I asked what they could do given I was having an allergic reaction due to theory negligence. So I made a trip back.pver spoke to the shift manager, who offered to remake my food. Not a risk I am willing to take at this point. I just will beaking some.direct calls to the Store MRG.an the district manager. I also requested a refund in which I was granted, this was the only bonus on this visit.

This Taco Bell was absolutely horrible. They screwed up my order with just about everything. Their guacamole was over if the worst things I've ever seen. They also made a drink that tasted absolutely horrible with really weird stuff floating around in it. The guy that took my order was very rude as well. He did attempt to fix my order at one time but it was too little too late.

20 minutes inside the restaurant to get order and then cold food and they turn the lights off on us while we are eating in the dining room with out any notification. Customer service does not exist at this establishment.

It took over 30 minutes to get our food. There were 2 of us! We got a 3 dorito taco combo and the chalupa box. People that ordered well after us got their food first and it was very frustrating! (group of 4 ordered just after us, the other couple ordered about 15 minutes after us) When I asked why we hadn't seen our food first, as I had wondered if our order didn't go through, they said it was on their screen and that the system put the other guests orders in front of us, and that they were prioritizing the busy drive thru. I can understand a drive thru being busy but if it was really so busy, why did the others inside, who ordered after we did, get their food before us? I am a very avid taco bell fan but this is just unacceptable! Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. On the good side, our order was at least correct when we received it. I will intentionally drive farther to get better more efficient and caring service elsewhere, but hope to see this location improve, especially as it seems very short staffed.

Worst taco bell that there is. I live in Livermore Colorado. This is by far the closest taco bell to my location. I come into town a few times a week to get breakfast or lunch. Breakfast is usually cut off by hours. The lunch menu has been literally rancid many times. I have waited 5 years to post this but it's time. They don't care at all who they make sick. This place is ran by someone who just doesn't care at all. Gross!!!!!! If I could get the owners number I would be very greatful as I love most taco bells.. shamefully what's going on here

So TB has an advertisement about chalupa tacos from the 90s. I felt memorable and ordered 2 from the menu. I half of 1 one and fed the rest to the dog. Am I forgetful, or were they a hard case and not raw and flimsy. If I'm wrong I apologize
The employees here are beyond rude to customers. The orders are typically wrong. I have given this place chance after chance. Unfortunately it's proximity to the interstate will keep it in business and the franchisee from caring about the community reviews.
