I had a really nice experience tonight. I was taking a little long at the drive through to decide (no one was behind me), but the person taking the order was very polite and patient and asked if I had any questions. Furthermore, when I rolled up to the window, the young gentlemen greeted me kindly and gave us our order pretty fast and even double checked on sauces we might need. When we were leaving, the gentleman wished us a wonderful night. I believe the cashier's name was Zachary S. It's rare to have such politeness and kindness in today's world of quick eats. Thanks for the great experience tonight, Zachary!

Service was friendly and fast I wouldn’t recommend the new churro bites. I only got three of them and it was almost 3 dollars. They gave plenty of hot sauce when I asked could’ve used a few more napkins

Things have improved at this location significantly in my experiences here as of late. They have improved in all aspects of service and I wanted to send an update.
When you live in Wellington, there aren't many options for fast food. So even if you rarely get good service, you are going to eat at Taco Bell if you want Taco Bell and just deal with the fact that they are most likely going to get your order wrong or sloppily make your items
We were in Wellington and all I know the food was good but we had to wait like an hour and a half for our food and then the computer messed up it was just a mess but I will say the employees pushed through they got the food through they were very courteous and very nice trying to get the things to us
Food was made sloppy, my taco shell was broke in multiple places. Burrito was falling apart. We were the only people at this location but the store was filthy. We had to clean a table to sit & eat. There food all over the floor & every table. Worst dining experience ever.

customer service was very unacceptable. Some girl with dyed hair does not know how to treat customers. Along with the fact they denied to take my order and refused to give me a refund. I will not be returning any time soon.
