I’ve been fortunate to see this bakery start in Wellington and felt so spoiled that we had her all to ourselves. Knowing how amazing these cupcakes are, I knew it wasn’t long before she would move to Fort Collins and share her tasty treats there. If you’re a junk foodie or just love a better-than-amazing cupcake please spend your money here, your belly and tastebuds will thank you. I say this with the upmost respect..If you’re looking to find Walmart prices you’re in the wrong place. This is a stand alone bakery. You want better, you’re gonna pay for better, simple.

Saw this little shop while in the area and had to stop in! Absolutely delicious omg... I love that they're not overly sweet, including the frosting. The perfect amount to balance out the cupcake ^_^ the whipped icing was also amazing. A nice selection - we bought the red velvet, lemon spiced, tiramisu, and tres leche. No complaints!

This was our first time trying the Cakery and it did not disappoint! The cake was exactly what I wanted and explained in the email, the flavor was amazing and I’d been wanting a vegan salted caramel buttercream for a while now, the cake was so moist and soft without any filling texture was on point!!! When I went to pick up the cake I also purchased some cupcakes as well a 10 out of 10!!! This will be the only bakery we use from now on!!!

Food: Let me just say that I’m a vanilla guy all the way, but found myself a little disappointed by the texture of the cupcake, it was quite dense and not light. Flavor was ok, frosting was delicious, not too sweet. The almond joy cupcake I enjoyed a lot! I thought the cake was better, it was lighter and airier. The frosting had a great punch coming from the coconut. Quite a fun concept! Red velvet was my favorite, because I loved the cream cheese frosting so much. The cupcake itself had a good flavor and ok texture it was still a little dense for me sadly.
Service: The lady who checked us out was great, she was helpful and kind. She told us about the rotating flavors and how many they had. She told us about the rewards program.

Most flavors of cupcakes at The Cakery are very good. The red velvet is excellent, as was the peach flavored one. The taramisu cupcake was more like vanilla than taramisu The people that work at The Cakery are not very friendly and seem impatient, so we hurried out of the place. Hoping they can improve their customer service and variety of flavors.

The tiramisu cupcake is possibly the best cupcake I’ve ever had! I came in for a little treat for myself and was happy to see dairy free cupcakes, so I grabbed one for my partner too! He’s lactose intolerant and often misses out on sweet treats because of it. Cupcakes were delicious, perfectly moist, flavorful and visually pretty. Would have pictures, but we ate them immediately.
