Soooooo good never have had a bad drink here. I’m not a fan of coffee that much but I like it when it’s light tasting. They make every drink perfectly! It’s the perfect amount of like flavors and coffee!ASLO! They have gluten free options!!!!! For food and it’s so good. Also vegetation! Which is amazing because it’s kinda like GF “fast food” but real food and better!

So good! I got the Mexi Mocha on my first visit here! It was perfect. Staff was friendly and fast, and the coffee came with a perfect espresso bean on top!

I get the same thing everyday and I stop at this location because it's the most convenient but as of late, the new transfers(from a different location) and new employees have the worst eye rolling attitudes. The Blonde girl with rbf and the petite brunette with hazel eyes ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS forgets things that go into my drink. Then have the nerve to say the things they left out are extras. Train people adequately and if you don't like working with people just find another industry.

Called to ask how many shots of espresso in a snowy mocha due to pregnancy concern. Lily was a little rude and just hungup and said “ya bye” as soon as she gave me the answers i was looking for.

Drinks are good I just wish they would serve faster. 20min + wait is normal here. Do not stop if you are in a hurry.

For one the girl took the money from my husband so fast that we didn’t have the chance to ask her to scan our QR code for the rewards. When we asked the other girl making drinks if it was too late, we got completely ignored and the other girl handed us our money with such an attitude. Didn’t realize it was too much to ask an employee to do there job. We won’t be going back.

I always enjoy going to Human Bean. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The coffee is great! There are so many options to choose from, I am still trying to figure out all the drinks that are not on the standard menu. One thing that could use improvement is the decaf, but I have liked everything else.
