Ziggies is a great spot, but the WiFi is painfully slow—often below 500 Mbps, with high latency even when I'm the only customer. Chatting with my AI feels impossible at times. Quantum and Comcast now offer up to 1 Gbps in Wellington for a nominal upgrade. A quick plan/hardware refresh would make a huge difference for everyone. Hope this gets fixed soon!
As an addition to my review, I’d like to suggest Ziggi’s consider installing a Starlink Router instead of relying on Quantum or Comcast. Starlink could guarantee reliable internet for Wellington during civil emergencies, as it works with universal routers, not just Starlink phones. This would make Ziggi’s a true community hub with robust connectivity. Thanks for considering!

I was sitting right there 5 ft away and you never said my name ... another customer had to let me know my coffee was done.....and I can't believe I tipped you......only been here twice and had awful experiences both times......thank goodness there's a Human Bean down the street...

This location always goes above and beyond every time I visit them! The staff is extremely friendly, the coffees & teas are DELICIOUS & they have wonderful options for kids, too. Even if I am not ordering anything for my kids, the baristas still always give us stickers, which make my kids day! Thank you to everyone who works at this location - you truly make our days better whenever we stop by! :)

For the past two months I’ve been stationed in Wellington and have been using Ziggi’s as they are my favorite espresso. I buy coffee every day from this location. This location asks three times every time in the drive through about a very simple single coffee order and have given the order correctly only 50% of the time. I’ll no give my money to this location or the tip I give every single time.
We enjoy Ziggi’s kids drinks, energy drinks and burritos!!

Ziggi’s used to be a great shop to stop by for our yummy treats. But as of recently, things have taken a turn. Generally there’s nothing to complain about as far as the employees themselves. And that’s great until your drink has been prepared wrong several consecutive visits in a row. Furthermore, even when you get the drink that you DID order, it tastes, obscure? And after going back to address the inconsistency, you find out that’s how it’s supposed to be? It makes you wonder if 1. You’ve been getting your drink the wrong way for 3 years, or if your business wasn’t worth the time it would take to make things right.

Tried them a couple times while in the area, and I'm a bit of a coffee snob as I buy green origin beans mainly from Ethiopia and roast my own coffee. But compared to other coffee shops that over roast their beans for shelf life, I enjoyed their hot espresso beverages and they didn't taste burnt like Charbucks (the creepy sexualized mermaid logo DEI company).
