Very disappointed. Tried ordering online but the service didn't work, so we called in our order for 2 sandwiches. 20 minutes later they called us saying they didn't have croissants. No huge deal, I'll have the chicken salad on rye. My husband arrives 20 minutes later and they ask again what we ordered. My husband repeats the order for the third time. We get our order and back at the motel, we discover my sandwich has mysteriously become an egg salad on white bread. We try calling to resolve the problem. No answer, even though 10 minutes earlier, there were hardly any customers. Tried calling agin 10 minutes later. No answer. Three times we confirmed what our order was and they still couldn't manage to do it. We definitely won't visit here again.

We popped in after a three-day backpacking trip on the Rito Alto Four Pass Loop. As just as the town and restaurant was, we were able to get a table and served relatively quickly. Drink and food came out without an abnormal wait time and we were able to enjoy our meal without feeling rushed or bothered. I had a Modelo, daughter had a lemonade, and our food was great tasting. 10/10 would recommend, especially after being in the wilderness for a few days. We will definitely return whenever we are back this way. Thank you!!

Rudeness over phone was next level

Amazing place to stop for a nice cold beverage and a quick bite to eat.
My husband had the French Dip (best sandwich especially after they serve Prime Rib on Friday night) I had the Rachel Reuben oh so good. We sat at the bar and had wonderful friendly service.
We were lucky to find this gem during our drive from Dallas Texas to Beaver Creek Colorado

Sandwiches were alright. I ordered the reuben. Ive had better and I've had many that were worse. This one lands towards the better side. Potato salad was oddly dry. Not sure how to put it into words exactly. The dressing it was in was fine but the potatoes maybe were overcooked and dry. Great service and nice atmosphere.

Other people I was with thought the food was OK. If I wasn’t with a group I would have left since there really weren’t any vegetarian options.

The Managers of Bootleggers Charlee and Gil actively allowed their server Janna to openly talk terribly about a local and loyal customer to other staff and customers. The server is rude and makes the environment of this establishment uncomfortable to be in. I recommend this establishment be completely avoided

UPDATE: After reaching out via email (she has edit the reply to remove the email address) I received a reply from Charlee Bootleggers General Manager. This is the same person who refused to address this issue the first time and posted on here as the (Owner). Poor leadership for a poor establishment that allows her employee to disrespect a Veteran.

Pretty good sandwiches, and super friendly wait staff. They don't always have the beers they have listed on their drinks menu. Big plus for being dog friendly 😉

Lots of f__k words used by the customers at the bar. I ordered a sandwich with 1 side (included) and chose potato salad. They were out of potato salad and suggested macaroni salad which I selected. Then the server said the macaroni salad was a $1 upcharge. Here is a thought for your consideration: when you are out of what a customer orders and you suggest a replacement, don't upcharge. Instead build customer appreciation and don't upcharge. My order was to go. After I looked at my receipt, I saw a 60-cent upcharge because my order was to go.

Raise a glass and cheers to the team at Bootleggers! Was able to enjoy their Bloody Mary and Sangre sandwich. Oh! And the meats cheese plates with pickles sauces and a bitter salted chocolate at the end. Darn - that was all good!

Solid, consistent food and libations with terrific bar and wait staff. Always a treat to eat at Boots! Love Trivia Night too.

What a great find! Really pleasant crowd, great service from the bartender, and the food was really good as well. Especially the beef stew side that I got with my sandwich. Highly recommended!

Made a pick up order while the restaurant was almost completely empty. Half an hour later, literally minutes before my order was supposed to be ready, they called to tell me they were completely out of the meat one sandwich was supposed to come with. We ended up waiting 45 min for our sandwiches. The bread was borderline burnt and tore up the tops of our mouths it was so dry and crispy. The meat inside was almost non existent. We paid $75 for four sandwiches that barely had any filling. Super disappointed. Also, what kind of restaurant doesn’t serve pickles on the side of their sandwiches!? Crazy talk.
