Imagine this; you are about to close and 2 people walk in needing to be fed. As we own a business we know what it is to need to get out on time but Brooklyn & Jersey were so quick to set us down and take care of us all while taking care of closing duties. We assured them we could take our food to go and they ordered us to sit down and let them take care of us! It pays fellow customers to show your servers some consideration in what they all have going on. For them to put me and my husband first and us being respectful of their time,and their "Home Away from Home", great things happened here. They went above and beyond in taking care of us!! The burgers were amazing!! All local meat? I am all in on that! Then the beer, I tried a Blueberry Chocolate Stout that was amazing in it's dance on the tastebuds! The cheesecake? That was a splurge that we don't take in very often but we split a piece because of the baker and we just had to know how amazing that was after the best burgers! If you two are ever in Wisconsin.....lets' see if our service, food and beer is as amazing as yours!! Thank you for the hospitality, the visit, it truly made our trip out!! See you next time!

All America burger cooked a perfect medium as requested. Hand cut fries and a side of house made Mac n Cheese with all its multi cheese goodness!

The main complaint I have is with the older woman waitress. She is extremely rude and has a lousy attitude for absolutely no reason. The other notable complaint is that if you’re dining in the winter, it is absolutely freezing inside. Especially if you’re sitting at the tables toward the front of the building. The food is always great but after giving this waitress multiple opportunities to redeem herself I can officially say I will not be returning.

The bite me burger was excellent. But the mac and cheese I ordered with it was off the charts. We also had the slopper which was very good. Saturday night waiting times can be lengthy. Typically you're waiting for your food more than a table. Still thoroughly enjoyable.

Hand down best burger in the valley! And the French fries are scrumptious! If you’re in Westcliffe or Silver Cliff, Chappys is a must!
If you have a disability DO NOT come here. The owner HATES people with disabilities. I was told I was not allowed to sit near other people because of my seizure alert service dog. When confronted about this her story changes to the fact that we are a party of 2 and that is a 5 top table and even tho every other 5 top has only 3 people at it. When we asked why everyone they got to sit there and not us? She was very quick to point out that she was the owner and she can sit people where ever she’d like. Fine that’s true whatever. We talked to a couple next to us and one of them had a disability but no dog and they were not allowed to sit there either. For context he had one leg and walked with crutches. If that’s not hate then I don’t know what is.

Been trying to support for a dozen times but food was mediocre this time and service sucks unless you’re a regular. The old lady needs to move along to something not customer service because 3rd time in a row, she’s been rude for no reasons. This time it was over water. Yea, hadn’t even ordered yet! Asked for a refill on small pitcher as all 6 of us didn’t get a fill while looking at menus. She angrily grabs it and wonders off only to return with 2 pitchers, slams them down and says shouldn’t need to do that again. Wtf. Just quit. Not needing your attitude on our last day in town we left it alone. Luckily the younger waitress came back after 20mins and asked if we wanted to order… so we did. Rancher burgers overcooked. Fries tasted microwaved even though I don’t think they were. Mushroom Swiss was yummy. Onion rings and Mac & cheese was great! Cheese curds are getting smaller and smaller. Beer selections not updated and the Birthod brewing amber wasn’t good. No wonder Tonys is always busier!
