Peregrine Coffee Roasts one of my favorites - Costa Rica: El Indio. It’s always roasted just a day before they ship, and shipping is lighting fast. They’re awesome!
Such a unique and wonderful place to be! A.K. from SkyRanch told us this was the best place for a relaxing coffee visit! She was NOT wrong!
I'd give you 10 stars if I could!
Coffee snob here. This place already has hundreds of reviews so I’ll just chime in. This is good stuff. I’d go if it were in a major city, and here it is, saving travelers from the horrors of road coffee. The breakfast bun is not to be missed. Nice people, too. Thanks, Peregrine!
Went here every single morning for coffee while we were at the rodeo. Excellent variety of coffee and someone who was clearly passionate about it. They do the roasting themselves - so delicious we’re taking some back home!
The best people and even better coffee! We were fortunate enough to get some of the limited run black sesame seed latte 10/10. All of their seasonal drinks are well thought out, complex and very unique. It’s worth the trip to Westcliffe and great hikes are a short distance away.
Just because you’re in Westcliffe, doesn’t mean you can’t get the best cup of coffee! Peregrines sources small, organic farms and serves fresh. No additives, no fillers, no chemicals, no mold.
It is top shelf coffee! I love to have business meetings on the back patio.
Whether you’re visiting, or passing on your daily commute, be sure to get this while you can, and take a bag of beans home!
My favorite coffee shop. 10/10 every time. I love their locally sourced organic ingredients too.
Coffee was amazing! Steven and his team really know their stuff. 10/10 would recommend
Owner (Steve) is so nice and coffee is sooo good! Great spot to relax and cool off! Will be back!
Peregrine is the best coffee bar I've been to, ever. Super cozy and the staff is kind. A thousand thanks!!!

World class American style coffee house. They roast very good coffee and have bags for sale. Pastries, hot chocolate, and teas are also available. Rare find in rural CO.

Great coffee! Highly recommend the blood orange vanilla late. So good!
We are thrilled we stumbled upon this hidden gem! Their artistry shines and you can taste the quality of the clean ingredients with an organic emphasis in their coffee, tea, and baked goods. We especially enjoyed the maple orange cinnamon latte, their mango ginger tea, the GF/DF breads, and savory scones. Chef’s kiss!

Amazing hidden gem for coffee enthusiasts in Westcliffe, CO. I was so excited to visit a local coffee shop that roasts their own beans! They have an excellent selection of beverages to enjoy in store, as well as a variety of whole bean bags to bring home with you. We got their Juniper Latte, and their Christmas in Dublin- which featured a truly special rye barrel-aged espresso! Everything was delicious and the people who helped us during our time there were so friendly. We will be back!
