Stopped in for a breakfast burrito on my way through town and it is delicious. It Could use less potatoes, but it’s delicious nonetheless. The green chili is about perfect.The woman working the kitchen was amazingly efficient as well as funny and made for a great experience just passing through. Coffee is good as well, and the handmade raspberry turnover is unstoppable.

If happiness could be wrapped in foil and handed across a counter, it would look exactly like a Stage Stop breakfast sandwich. These things are so good, I’m pretty sure they’re the reason the sun rises over Westcliffe every morning.
The bacon is crisp, the eggs are fluffy, and the cheese… oh the cheese… it’s like it went to finishing school just to learn how to melt with class. I swear these sandwiches could solve world peace.

We stopped in twice in the past week to grab breakfast. Each time they didn't have any biscuits. 1st time we left and went down the street. Yesterday we stayed and ate. Again out of biscuits. Our food was average. Sausage patty on my breakfast sandwich was half the size of the sandwich. Our lattes were mostly floth and 1/2 coffee.
