Not sure what I walked into today, but the female making my sandwiches was in a violent rage. She threw my sandwich in the oven, wrecking it, then made the male employee retrieve it. He tossed it in the trash and she had to start over again. I was the only one ordering, it looked like a slow and easy day. I paid $14 for two simple tuna sandwiches on stale, crumbly bread with a side of total unpleasantness. No thanks, next time I will just make it myself at home.

The last two times I have been there they have been out of something. One day, even before I approa hed the counter I am told "all we have is flatbread." Then yesterday they sell my wife a BMT then say "oh, we are out of pepperoni." I wanted an All American Club but they are out of bacon. To make it worse, we had to lizten to his story about being tired because he is working on four hours sleep.

I don't like to give bad reviews but unfortunately I'm paid to give my honest opinion. I came to this location three times last week and they were closed early all three times. They are short staffed and unable to serve the community. When I looked on the app it said they were still open for online orders which is invalid.
If you want to get food here I advise doing it for lunch only until they can get the people they need to serve the community. I requested to speak to a regional manager and they wouldn't give me any information to do so.

If you want good sandwiches go to the Dutch Deli on Main street

Stopped for a break from our road trip.
Subway says it's open online. Lady in uniform behind the counter was literally making a sandwich, but all the lights were off. My husband walked up and she rudely told him "I'm not open " . Okay then . Whole town doesn't seem too friendly, honestly.

Maddie and the blonde working with her were very rude and short with me and my fiancé. Very unpleasant experience. Also, we dug into our food, and the pizza was cold and my sandwich was cold. I asked for it to be double toasted. They obviously did not. They were rude when I confronted them on it and completely inconsiderate. Something seriously needs to be done about this. Both my time and money was wasted by these two employees.

The young ladies that work here are usually pretty quick and on the ball. After talking to one of them, there seems to be some changes coming to the menu and selection options disappearing. I'm not sure how that will play out, but we shall see.

So going in I learn that the gas station attendants have to earn a certain percentage of donations to make a wish or the employees on that shift will end up in trouble to the point of getting fired!? How is that a donation? Shame on you for holding a charities income over the employees heads. It's not the employees fault or choice if someone wants to donate their money or not. I hope no employees face repercussions for this.

Just a reminder why Subway is just awful. Stopped here to get snacks and lunch before heading over Medano Pass and ordered a sandwich from the Subway section of the gas station.

Staff friendly and quick, but the quality of Subway's product overall has gone down hill. I ordered a ham, turkey and Swiss/provolone on Italian herbs and cheese, with some veggies and sauce on top. There was way too much bread for the amount of ingredients added into the sandwich. I don't think adding 'fresh sliced' to Subway's menu/tag line will help business any.

There are far better options for subs/sandwiches out there, its just unfortunate that Subway is the area's only quick sandwich shop.

It seems there always outta cookies and sometimes even certain meat. It's hit and miss on getting everything you always want. The subway app is terrible. Very hard to navigate and sometimes this doesn't work. I like the staff but it seems their support is below average.
