Really dig this place. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside is pretty eclectic & artsy. I haven't ordered any food, but I have come down for several events. The music was great, the sound was awesome, there is plenty to do here & the staff is very friendly. I have been here as both a patron & an artist playing for the crowd. I always enjoy myself here as the vibes are top notch!

They’re never open and don’t answer their phone. Twice we’ve ordered grub hub and it’s been canceled because they were closed but still says open on google and on grub hub.

Best quesadilla I have EVER had! The carnitas are incredible. This place never disappoints. Still getting settled into their spot. Once its fully done this place is going to exlode with business. Best local Mexican food in this area! 🔥!

There's good tacos, then there's great tacos. This local restaurant makes EXCELLENT soft tacos! Not only that, but the place itself has a vibrant vibe that uplifts you right when you walk in. The walls and doors are colorful with pií±atas and street art. (Not graffiti. There's a HUGE difference.) Furthermore, this restaurant is so emanant with colors that it transfers onto the tortillas of their soft tacos! There's a dance floor and a DJ booth. They even have a bar which, at the time of this review, is closed because they are still in the process of getting their liquor license. The open space looks excellent for community gatherings and get-togethers. (I'm planning on bringing my boss and team here for an off-site “meeting.†😊) The owners are very social and very sincere. I highly recommend this place for sitting in or ordering to-go.

I ordered a Carnitas Burrito it said on the menu $8.50 ,,,I asked the guy can you smother it ,,, he says yeah the burrito went up to $12.50 ......So I'm thinking this is a rip off should I just leave ,,I decided to pay maybe it will be good,,,,,, the guy took a while I'm wondering why cause the place is dead there's no other customers. He comes out acting kind of weird ,,,I got it to go so he puts it in a bag I take the bag and it feels real light like there's hardly anything in it ,,,,I get home open the container it's not smothered its on a piece of foil with a few stands of cheese on it ,,,I took a bite it had rice in it that wasn't cooked all the way it was crunchy I threw it away . I gave them a call and told him about the burrito ,,the guy that took my order answered, he told the other guy you didn't smother his burrito I can hear him with a attitude yeah I did ,,I told him it was on a piece of foil no chile. This place is a rip off don't go there $4 dollars extra for no chile . I don't want to give it any stars I have to put one or it won't let me post my review I give it no star.

I personally had a great experience at bodega 44. The atmosphere is super cool and trendy love the art work. The food is fantastic, I loved the tacos, the bodega minis and the ceviche is super good. Great prices for such great food.
