Ordered 2 whopper combo meals through the drive thru. They gave me flat unflavored coke, both fries were half empty and cold and my burgers were also cold. I called and spoke to a man who said he was GM Fransisco and he was working in the kitchen. I guess since he made it did not matter, he was no help. Will not go back

Order 2 for $5 jr Whopper deals and a #6 combo meal. Informed Maria (drive thru wind attendant) that I would need to remove 1 of the jr Whopper deals and she ask if I wanted cheese? Continue to inform her that I only needed one. Asked if she would repeat the order. I did not get an answer. I drove up to the Drive-Thru window and was completely ignored. Asked for my card assuming I would get a receipt. Upon checking my bag she charged me $3.50 for one Junior cheeseburger and a #6 and informed her, She had made a mistake as I tried to explain it to her in the Drive-Thru that I only needed one two for five and it didn't make sense for me to pay $3.50 for one burger when I could get the other one for $1.50. she refused to fix the order and told me to call it in and her name was Maria.

Kid running the drive through has an attitude problem and shouldn't be working in fast food considering he can't even include straws in the order. No reason to be yelling at your coworkers to hurry up or catching attitude with a customer after making them sit in the drive thru for 5 minutes before you would take their order. Absolutely disgusting behavior.
There was one customer in the lobby and one customer in the drive-thru.

Homeboy was chewing gum and blowing bubbles with it while handing me my food and taking my order. Also they got my order wrong, I had to ask for napkins, and thy didn't give me a receipt so I don't even know if they rang in my order right the first time. So disappointed

After fighting construction on Wads to get to this location, the drive thru order taker was not only confused but so rude we were afraid to pull forward. We were excited for the Wednesday whopper but we are terrified to take a bite. The order taker practically threw our drinks at us before abandoning us and leaving her co worker to complete handing off the food and payment card back. Thanks for the smile at the end from the girl who finished handing us our order. This may be the reason we haven’t been to BK in a while and prob won’t be back. Sad

I had to update my review for this ratchet location! I went here last week for the $5 meal deal, I literally waited 15 minutes for it, I watched people come and go both inside and drive-thru, they all theirs and was gone, while I waited for mine! The whopper Jr's are a joke now, it looked like a slider, like wow really! Workers also don't give a fawk about anything, hence why the tables are always dirty, better off going to McDonalds which is in the same area! I should've taken a pic of that tiny ass whopper Jr lol! Will definitely not go back here!!
