Haven’t had BK in like ten years, but I had it recently and today and it’s really been a 180 experience. The onion rings really hooked me but everything was phenomenal.

I have to admit this burger king has been the best experience I've had with any other burger king. The manager was so kind, he was quick and all of the staff and employees were just the same. I went inside to use the restroom, and everything was clean and well stocked! To be honest, i'm not used to this type of service at any of the burger kings I went to before. Keep it up! I will be coming back for sure.

18 minutes for a drive through order that was ordered online. I was asked to park out front. After 15 minutes, I finally went inside. Had to wait more only to receive the wrong order! I was the only one in the drive through! After I FINALLY received my order, the tots were overcooked and tasted like the grease had not been changed out in 6 months, and my sandwich was cold. Didn't even melt the cheese!! Wow. Not my first bad experience at this location but definitely the worst.

I ordered a Double Impossible Whopper through the app for pickup on July 16, 2025 at 2:45 PM. I paid for two patties — I received ONE. No sides, no drink — that sandwich was supposed to be my entire meal while dealing with housing insecurity and medical issues.

When I contacted support, their AI assistant refused to connect me to a human and ended the conversation before resolving anything. I was told I had to wait 24–48 hours just because I made a claim in the past — like I’m not allowed to be shorted twice?

Burger King, I needed food. You took my money and delivered less than I paid for, then slammed the door in my face when I asked for help.Do better, Burger King.

Shameful. I will not be returning to this location.I placed this order an hour ahead of time, only to be kept waiting for a long time when I arrived and have the wrong food handed to me. This is the second order within a few days this location has gotten wrong. You have lost my business.

Fries 3 large got one fresh fry 2 old fries you could see the difference. Ordered 2 cotton candy frozen drinks The manager was defrosting the soft top at last minute giving me frozen soft top on my drink.
