What a horrible experience! Dirty silverware, cold coffee and A hamburger and fries which should be served at least warm, if not hot. Cold is not acceptable. When we asked the server about this, he said it wasn't his fault and blamed the food preparation person. He then gave us the check.

I did not wait long to be seated, when I was seated it did take a while to have someone come over (I did notice there was not enough servers). Kids chocolate milk was spoiled, replacement kids drink didn't come untill after food was served. Other than just not enough people working the food was good.
Kid-friendliness: Good options for even picky eaters.
Parking: Plenty of parking and has enough handicap parking up front that is wheelchair accessible.
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of handicapped parking but front doors are big, heavy and have to be help open by a person. Front doors are NOT ADA ACCESSIBLE! There is handicap stalls in the bathroom but doors are NOT ADA accessible either.

We just left. Stopped to have lunch. We were seated and never helped. There were people seated after us that got their drinks and appetizers and still no one helped us. We went to hostess and ask if we could get waited on and she just looked and me and said nothing. We left!

This was my first time at this location,Stopped in around 3pm and sat in the bar area(this location reminds me of Chilis in the 90's) and ordered the BBq brisket burger and fries,also got some queso smothered curlys and a steak sandwich off of the happy hour menu and everything was excellent! Keep it up!

I ordered my food online, everything was perfect! The togo person I think her name was Maya was very good at her job! Definitely needs a raise or promotion! Good service for the whole restaurant as well!

I'm not from here, but stop at this chili's thinking it was a safe bet. My mistake. No one is around to sit you, the place smell weird and floors are dirty. Food was ok as best. Two of my family had stomachache after eating here. Even if I was from this town, I wouldn't come back. Food looked nice, but it wasn't fresh.

We had the very best waitress that we ever had in any restaurant!! Her name is Lizzy! She was very attentive. We talked to the manager and told him how great she was.

The Cajun pasta was dry. The Texas Fries were not cheesy. The fajita chicken and steak were under cooked it and the side salad looked like someone dropped it on the floor, picked it up and put it back in the box?
We waited for along time for our food !!Server walked by us when we were waiting for a refill & knowledge of our foodWe should have gone somewhere else .Others were served before us more communication would have been nice

We used to favor the chili’s in Sheridan,Co. we moved to Arvada…and this Chili’s is usually cool…but tonight the service was completely dissatisfying . Not once was I offered a new Mango peach tea …even right now as I sit here ..I haven’t been offered a new refreshment …and we are already paying to leave …I’m usually enjoying the service and food here ..tonight ..I should have stayed home and just cooked for the family …retrain the servers …they are not paying the customers any attention unless we are by the bar …

They really need to renovate this place. All the water cups are kinda dinged up and crusty and the tables all have that stickiness you expect from a diner at two in the morning- only they’re a chain restaurant that closes and therefore presumably has time to clean. We’ve had food poising from here more than once and yet we have returned. Why? I’m not sure. Maybe due to a delirium induced by low blood sugar.

Service was extremely slow. Took 10 minutes for anyone to show up for seating. When they did, it was a manager who said they'd be right with us and didn't appear again until well after the bartender seated us. Cooler down so beer selection was minimal. Only have a limited bar stock and food was good.
