Never order pickup from this location. You’ll literally wait 5x as long as just going through the line. The employees that operate the mobile order line are literally the slowest most unmotivated workers I’ve ever seen. The push out like 1 order per 10 minutes it’s absolutely ridiculous.

I work graveyard shift and come to this Chipotle every now and then since they're still open past 9pm. I always place my order through the app and have decided to finally write a review about this oddly specific discrepancy. The first time, I grab my order and go. Once I get back to work I notice there is no guac in my food. From that point on I open my bowl in front of the employees everytime and after about 10 visits, I would say my bowl has only had guac 2 out of 10 times. Why is it so hard to put guac in the bowl? 🤔
You would think for the most expensive add-on that this would not happen so often. Literally the first ingredient listed on the label that goes on the lid. Aside from that the food is ok when it's actually in the bowl but the experience of this is what causes a 2 star review.

I love this Chipotle, it’s my favorite location ever. I’ve been coming here for years and it has stayed consistent with friendly and fun staff and amazing food. Thank you for being so kind <3 such a difference from the one by Colorado Mills (literally never go there it’s always a horrible experience). Shout out to whoever manages this place because they have it on lock. Even when I left this place for a year and came back, still have everything I love about it.

It's fast food, but it's really good. Good service. Itwas quick and friendly service and had my order ready when i arrived. They didn't skimp on ingredients, very satisfied.

First positive review of any Chipotle I've visited. Food was fresh, healthy and didnt leave a rock in the gut. Would highly recommend the chicken street tacos. Nice outdoor seating as well.

Went to order in person. At the register they say they have no chips, I point to chips on shelf and say I'll take that bag. They say the multiple bags of ships they have left are for online orders. Sounds like employees shut off deep fryer to break kitchen down early on a Friday. Said employee then says if I want chips I can get them at king soopers. I'll be reaching out to corporate.

This is a pretty average Chipotle experience. If you get the right crew, the food is good. I don't really recommend ordering ahead, it never seems to turn out right that way. It's better to just guide the employee to make what you want in person

Food is always good. Standard. Staff are like robots that dont care. Slap the food in and move along. That's every Chipotle. No one goes for the service.

The first impression was that all the open seating was messy and unclean. Tables were all covered with food.

The first person we experienced was a person with no personality and lacked any sort of want to even be there.

Second, third, and fourth employees were very nice, polite, and willing to carry on a conversation.

After we paid, i asked if we could have a seat cleaned off for us to dine in. The lady was very polite and quick to rectify the situation.

Overall, i would say that the good old days of Chipotle past are long gone. Food was alright, but I wouldn't go out of my way for that location.
