The first impression was that all the open seating was messy and unclean. Tables were all covered with food.

The first person we experienced was a person with no personality and lacked any sort of want to even be there.

This location was a regular haunt for me while I was in high school and it hasn't changed much since (which isn't a bad thing for me).

Still the same delicious fast casual fare I know and love.

Staff needs to learn how to disperse ingredients evenly and not roll my burrito sideways.

I visit this location frequently and they keep putting the dollops of sour cream and guac on one end of the burrito and rolling it up sideways. So when I go to eat it, I get 2 inches of straight sauce, 2 inches of meat, and 2 inches of straight rice and beans.
