Dope little spot and the Garbage plate slaps. The guys here are super friendly and hustled through a bunch of orders. Home fries with the meat sauce and mustard had me singing New York praise as a Chicagoan. Definitely coming back for the hot hot... Buffalo hot was good, but next time I am gonna give it a go.

I don’t leave reviews often but these guys deserve it. Their wings are some of the biggest and best around, the tenders are top notch, and the Garbage Plates are the best I’ve had outside of NY and will keep you full all day. The guys running the counter and kitchen are friendly and helpful as you figure out what you want. It’s worth it every single time.

This place is not only delicious, but also unique. We tried several things on the menu and nothing disappointed. The staff are incredibly helpful, patient, and friendly. They even have crochet flowers at the tables! Food and atmosphere solid 10/10. Must try it!

Absolutely amazing. I grew up in Rochester and my wife’s from buffalo and we’ve been craving a plate for so long. This was honestly better than plates in Rochester. Matthew’s the owner is from Rochester and he DELIVERS. Great spot, great vibes and the food was unreal. Double burger plate home fries/mac and instantly I felt I was home

Two brothers from New York brought the local flavor to Colorado. You need to come check em out. If you’re not hungry get the Pork Hots. If you’re kinda hungry get the Chopped Cheese and if you’re starving or had a late night out, go for the Garbage Plate. The fries come out hot, crunchy and delicious. I’d share a photo but we ate it too fast.

Colorado Hots is awesome. We are down in Lone Tree and travel up once a week or every other week. Owners are awesome; asked about adding beans to the menu and within two weeks they had it. Just good dudes. Plate is so close to Nick Tahous, sauce is spot on.
My only complaint - set the uber eats delivery range to 20-25 miles so I can order delivery 😂.

I was feeling nostalgic and stopped on my way home to relive my college days in Rochester, NY. The garbage plate was absolutely perfect, it brought back so many great memories, I even sent pictures to all my old rochester friends. 10/10 will be back.

The best taste of western NY in Colorado. I’ve been searching for a garbage plate that does Rochester NY worthy, and these plates exceeded my expectations. The home fries on the plate are to D!E for. Buffalo and Boss sauce out of the world. And Zweigle’s hotdogs sold here!!! Owner and staff were so friendly and just excited to make your food. Such a refreshing experience.
