I am a Rochester native who has lived out in Colorado for about two and a half years now. I always wished there was a place like this so I didn’t have to travel home to get a plate. It felt like I was at home walking into Colorado Hots today and I am so thankful. Plate was very authentic. I will be back…….. a lot.

I got GP 1 Hot 1 Cheese Burger and it was amazing. The portion sizes were huge and the taste was amazing.

Went in to try the chicken wings today / unreal. They let me do 4 traditional and 4 breaded. Both were undoubtably the best wings I’ve ever had. The breaded ones were extra crispy and delicious. Perfect amount of sauce, great flavor. Yum! Literally the ONLY thing that could have replaced Large Marge (in this location formerly) and been this good.

Satisfying is the only word I can use to describe it. Being from upstate NY I miss the food and this place has the garbage plate aka the G Plate, you’ve gotta try it! And hot dog meat sauce! I haven’t been able to find actual meat sauce west of Buffalo and here it is. Not chili sauce, MEAT sauce. Moo.
