Love the cookies, but they really need to stop with the cakes. All the cakes they make would be better as cookies. Related update: the Martha Stewart theme is not great. Too many things that aren’t cookies.

I am writing this review specifically give a shoutout to Sean at Crumbl Cookies. I placed a delivery order through the Crumbl app as a surprise for my brother, but unfortunately, it never arrived (driver stole it)!. I called the store and Sean handled the issue with incredible care and went above and beyond to quickly resolve whatever he could to have it redelivered and was kind enough to call me with updates when the new driver came. His professional and over the top customer service should definitely be recognized. Thanks again!
