Went to this location last night. Our blizzard wasn’t full so my husband asked them to add more ice cream. The staff was clearly annoyed with his request and instead of mixing it with the blender they just used a spoon to mix it and when my husband asked about it they girl said “we are working on closing”. This was 15 min before their posted closing time. I feel like customer service is dead any more. Why is that?

I've gone to this DQ since I lived a street over as a kid. I still go to it sometimes because it's my favorite one. While the building is small, the staff is kind, and the service is quick.

This place only serves ice cream and hot dogs, it is not a full size diary queen. They have quick service hot dog meals (add cheese or chili) that include lays chips and a fountain drink. They also have pretzel sticks. On hand they have traditional ice cream cakes and Oreo cakes. Call 24 hours ahead for custom orders. Outdoor seating only and plenty of parking
*8/10 would recommend for a quick ice cream craving

I will be calling the headquarters to denounce the disrespectful employee at this location …
The employee at this location start yell at me in front of other costumers because by him I didn’t order right ….
I did order a royal New York cheesecake blizzard and they give me a Oreo blizzard …I did return to the window and I said to the guy who take my order …excuse me I didn’t order Oreo I order royal cheesecake…proceed to make a new one …Again the same mistake a Oreo blizzard with fudge …I return to the window a little upset and I said this is the second time you give me a Oreo blizzard when I never order this at any time …
So when this new guy come to give me finally what I order in first place he start yelling at me I should order right the first time because was the second time they have to throw it away …is not my problem if you are a inept and don’t know how to take a order…I will be reporting this incident to the headquarters and get the incompetent fired.
