I've gone to this DQ since I lived a street over as a kid. I still go to it sometimes because it's my favorite one. While the building is small, the staff is kind, and the service is quick.
This place only serves ice cream and hot dogs, it is not a full size diary queen. They have quick service hot dog meals (add cheese or chili) that include lays chips and a fountain drink. They also have pretzel sticks. On hand they have traditional ice cream cakes and Oreo cakes. Call 24 hours ahead for custom orders. Outdoor seating only and plenty of parking

I'm always cycling, so any eatery that is easily accessible to me in that vein is a winner.
There wasn't a place to secure bicycles, but the eating area is outdoors, so there's no need.
A server asked if I wanted my receipt but never produced it. I didn't notice until later, so I guess it wasn't super important ?.
