Anaelina was amazing! Helped me get exactly what I needed after a night out for cheaper than I thought. So sweet and accommodating and very attentive. Our food was out fast and I can’t stress how friendly the staff is. Wish I lived nearby so I could come back just to see Anaelina again! Made my morning 💜.

ordered online to come in and pick -up, as we often do. we take the dog for a walk while we go to pick up food, until lastnight, when I was told they need to see the receipt from the app in order to get my food, this is a first, and I have been coming here for 10 years, always order to go, she would not give me my order even though I gave her the name on the order, told her exactly what the order was, but would not give me my food without having my phone (that I left at home since we were walking dog) and never needed this before,How would I know exactly what the order was, that was already paid for. She refused to give me my order, offered to show her my boyfeiends card, as it should have the info, or at least the last 4 numbers, something. offered ti show the reciept he had on hia phone, for Dennys, no it had to be from the app, so had to be inconvenienced by walking all the way back home, come all the way back, and upon coming all the way back, i asked that the food be remade, as it had been sitting for well over an hour by this time, she refused. She also refused a refund, saying she not authorized, so my only choice was to take the cold food that had been sitting for over an hour, THIS is what you call customer service!! I do not see why the food could not be remade, no attempt to correct or make anything right, abd notice how the owner is SO QUICK to respond to all the good reviews, but barely at all to negative ones, no attempt to fix anything. I highly recommend not coming to this place that don't care if they inconvenience you, or that you have to pay for cold food that sat there while you had to be inconvenienced. Horrible experience, and I have worked in Restaurants most my adult life, cant ever sew treating a guest this way, uncalled for.
