Domino's Pizza

I did order online delivery medium Veggie pizza (19.99$) and Lava Cake (8.99) with total 28.99$ but came just a pizza without lava cake with same price. I was talking with store by driver phone they said I’m lied I did order but I said how come price with but delivery without or someone did put in system and they cover of his mistake when I was talk by phone when o order it … and they said we will charge 8$ more if I want it but I order already they just forgot or I don’t know and trying charge double or cover mistake like that then cancel my pizza without asking me I wanna take or not total they wanted almost 40$ for just medium pizza and lava it’s TOO MUCH .
P.S. He was rude and wasn’t professional and I hope that guy who was took my order by phone will change his position there. No more order Dominos for me and all my family and friends

Pizza is great but the Web site stops ordering 45 minutes before the store closes and I was unable to get pizza and had to go somewhere else,

Ordered delivery and the website said it was delivered but not at my door. Called the store and the person who answered said that the food should be delivered soon. Waited for 5 min, still no food. The food was delivered in the next building to me and had I not got ready and went outside to check, I would’ve not gotten my order. Shane needs to check the building numbers next time. Customer service was poor and they did not offer much help.

The manager of this store need some training in customer service. I got a problem with a gift card that won't work. I'm in Fort Collins. All the stores from Fort COllins down to Boulder are automated with no way to talk to a live person. I ended calling a store in Gubarrell with a live human. I explained the issue and she said to call the store on 38th and Kipling and ask for Janet ofrask for her number. The manager coped a pissy attitude with me. Mind you I was a bet PO not getting anywhere with trying to get this problem fixed. He goes off on me because I called about a problem and I'm live in Fort Collins. I didn't even get get to ask for Janet or her number. The guy hung up on me. Called back and apoligized for my rudess and asked if he could get me in contact with Janet and he said if I called again he'd file haressment charges and hug up on me again. I think he was having a bad day cause I was on hold for ever when I called in. Still isn't a excuse for his behavior and mine wasn't all that great either. Dominoes customer service is a joke plain and simple.

Absolutely terrible customer service. train your managers on customer service skills. Remember the customer comes first. After all we are the reason you have a job? I will never ever spend money at dominos again.

If you can’t take cash, then why does cash exist. I came in and ordered pizza and you guys couldn’t accept $100 cause you didn’t. You couldn’t break that which I know you could but you were lying.

This store is always spot on. Delivery was a wait as we ordered during dinner rush but pizza was still hot and our driver was awesome!

I always order from this Domino's. Sometimes I pick up and sometimes I get delivery. Delivery is always quick and hot, and when I pick it up it's always ready within 20-30 minutes. The food is always great and the staff is always friendly. Tonight there was a mistake on my pizza and they were quick to make a new one and deliver it to my home. Very professional and helpful. The spinach feta Alfredo pizza with chicken is amazing and my go to whenever I order.

Ordered pizza online for pick-up. The ETA wad 45 minutes. When I arrived to pick up the order, they hadn't started it and said it would be more than an hour longer. Had to make a second trip to pick it up. Then, about 45 minutes after the meal, my friend had tummy troubles. I don't think I will ever choose this location again.
