I tried to order a Frosted Gingerbread Chai with sugar free syrups in the drive through (like you can on the app) and they told me it doesn’t have syrups, they can’t make it sugar free, and that the Frosted Gingerbread Chai is half eggnog and half chai. The app doesn’t say it’s made with eggnog. Be careful at this location, you might not be getting what you ordered

Update: unfortunately now I have a new issue they have the new Christmas cups and they leak! all over my outfit on my way to work. It’s a problem. The lids don’t seal properly. In addition it is virtually impossible to get thru to store or corporate. I can’t order coffee that is going to stain my clothes. The new cups are defective.
It’s convenient and I have not experienced the slow drive-through - they have someone outside taking orders. My concern is they put way too much ice in the Cold brew. I ordered a large last weekend and I think I got less coffee than I would if I’d ordered a small if they even have that, it was completely full of ice. Today I switched to a medium and again full of ice. It seems to dilute the coffee itself, so it’s not as strong as I would like it to be and you don’t get as much for your money. Next time I’ll order light ice. It’s also a little sweeter than other places I’ve had cold brew, but I don’t know. Maybe I’m imagining that.

I got a protein latte which came out to $7 or $8 with tip and basically got a giant cup of milk, there was no coffee flavor at all. Lesson learned to make sure to try drinks before driving off and crashing out afterwards.
This is how they fill their large drinks at this location. Total rip off! I guess 7 Brews down the street will be getting my business from here on out. Getting cheap like Starbucks isn’t gonna work in their favor, I promise.
