Large location. Service could be a bit faster and more organized.

The workers should be more vigilant about when and where they are personally talking. One of the workers was leaning up against the food preparation line.

Went here this morning, I ordered 3 Bacon Avocado and Egg White. My order was Cold, No bacon, with Regular Egg, the lady that was making my Bagel was very Rude and had a horrible attitude. We all have bad days but she was out of hand I thought It was just me but I saw her throw a to go order at another Gentleman and Give him attitude.

Go here every week. The staff are so friendly and make delicious food and drinks so efficiently! Megan is the absolute best!

Sometimes, I feel like it'd be easier to hop behind the counter and make my sandwich myself lmao. The girls here get confused sometimes, but they are usually good

Everyone that worked the morning shift on 5/12/25 should have an attitude adjust by the HR department. The entire crew was rude, unhelpful, snotty, and displayed an attitude that they wanted to be any where other than at work. I will never stop to get bagels from them again. I will spend my money else where.

I hate how Einstein has tried to make their restaurants carry-out only. It feels like recent Covid protections in 2025. Purchased a toasted bagel which took almost 10min to be prepared. The fountain drink machine ran out of carbonation and when reported to the cashier, she looked at me like she had no idea what I was saying and certainly didn't alert anybody to fix the issue. I'm tired of overpriced bagels in a terrible atmosphere. Skip Einstein Bagels and find a cute coffee shop instead.

Horrible staff walked in at 6:00 a.m. to get a coffee and a bagel didn't even get greeted when I came in stood there at the counter while the two ladies watched me and didn't even try to take my order for over 5 minutes ended up leaving and not getting a thing because they didn't even want to recognize I was there

This Einstein locations often under bakes their bagels. There’s been a few times when I’ve got a breakfast sandwich and the bagel is doughy and gooey in the middle..

My buddy and I always stop at this location on our way to snowboard, and it’s usually a great experience. However, today was different. I ordered my usual bacon, egg, and cheddar on an everything bagel but once we got on I-70, I realized they had given me a cinnamon raisin bagel instead. I took one bite and just couldn’t do it.

I was pretty disappointed since this location has never given me any issues before, but at that point, we were already on the highway, so turning back wasn’t an option. I was starving and had to make another stop at the Einstein Bros. in Silverthorne.

Mistakes happen, but I hope this was just a one-time slip-up!

The staff and food are amazing! Super kind and understanding my favorite breakfast place!
