Einstein Bros. Bagels

The staff at the Einstein’s in Wheatridge Colorado are always cheerful, friendly, efficient and extremely helpful. My mailbox key disappeared two days ago, and I have been hunting for it. I returned to Einstein‘s where I had lunch that day. The staff immediately went to look if my keys had been turned in. They were there! My keys were recovered with a kind smile, gracious manner and excellent breakfast. Thank you to everyone at the Wheatridge store for always going above and beyond ordinary service to friendly help.

Mimi was the most kind and helpful person! She made us feel seen and appreciated like we were having a fine dining experience. Her enthusiasm and personal touch did not go unnoticed. The gal making our bagels was also friendly and very personable. People often approach their jobs with so much bland and begrudging energy, but not Mimi! She made what could've been just another bagel buying experience very fun and made us feel special. We left with great big smiles.

Very spacious and clean, but I've been here 3-4 times and the service is always slow as molasses. 3/4 times I have left without even ordering

Bagel tasted underdone and found a jalapeño and pepper in my PLAIN cream cheese. It all tasted awful. Do better.

Ordered a pick up order from door dash. My order was expected to take 30 mins. When I got to the restaurant my pick up order was still being made and I had to wait. If I wanted to wait for my order I would've ordered at the store. All the employees always look and seem so frazzled and frantic. The lobby and store was not at all busy when I arrived at the store.

There was also so much cream cheese splatted on ALL 6 of the bagels I ordered that we had to scrape most of it off to even enjoy the bagel. All the bagels I ordered were suppose to be toasted and they weren't. So very disappointed I spent $30 on bagels that were barely edible.

I would not recommend this Einstein to anyone.

It's Thursday, July 24th. I am a regular. The girls that were working here today deserve a raise. Food was clearly fresh, tasted amazing, and she was super kind to me while I was ordering. Also, the iced coffee was delicious. Not many places can make good iced coffee after 10 am.

Large location. Service could be a bit faster and more organized.

The workers should be more vigilant about when and where they are personally talking. One of the workers was leaning up against the food preparation line.

Great workers and bend over backwards to please!

Went here this morning, I ordered 3 Bacon Avocado and Egg White. My order was Cold, No bacon, with Regular Egg, the lady that was making my Bagel was very Rude and had a horrible attitude. We all have bad days but she was out of hand I thought It was just me but I saw her throw a to go order at another Gentleman and Give him attitude.

Go here every week. The staff are so friendly and make delicious food and drinks so efficiently! Megan is the absolute best!

Sometimes, I feel like it'd be easier to hop behind the counter and make my sandwich myself lmao. The girls here get confused sometimes, but they are usually good

Everyone that worked the morning shift on 5/12/25 should have an attitude adjust by the HR department. The entire crew was rude, unhelpful, snotty, and displayed an attitude that they wanted to be any where other than at work. I will never stop to get bagels from them again. I will spend my money else where.

Went in hangry and left happy after 😂
