The ice cream was delicious and affordable. The customer service was great the lady was very friendly and gave us time to explore what they had. It was a great experience and I would definitely go back to try other ice cream flavors. I wish we would have taken a picture of our waffle cone ice cream but it was too good and the company was too sweet to stop and take a picture. Maybe next time :) Oh and she gave us a pup cup for our grand doggie Doobie.

I have been here a few times because it’s local and I love ice cream. I thought it was a little overpriced especially for what it was but supporting small is important to me. With that said, I spend a lot of time going out in the neighborhood which has led to me meeting some former Em’s employees. What made me decide to never visit again was the absolutely awful stories I heard from these teenagers. Accounts of being required to work while incredibly sick, requiring 15 year olds to run the shop by themselves on a Friday night, a young girl even gave me an account where she had made a simple joke and been fired over it! Not only are these things a violation of labor law, they are cruel and advantageous of young teenagers looking for a job. I sincerely hope other employees have a different experience but so far I have only heard bad things. I am 48 so I am aware a first job is never easy. However, it is of high priority we are taking care of the teenagers in our community!

So.. the ice cream was ok. Lots of fun and classic flavors. On the other hand the customer service was GREAT. The teen boys were sooo kind and patient. Great atmosphere! And even better....A CLEAN BATHROOM! Im one of those people that are happy to return, even if the foods only ok, as long as the rest of the experience is good. Prices might be a little high, but inflation right? Im sure the owners dont want to raise the prices, but understandbly they probably had to. Worth the stop as long as the customer service stays good!

We had a wonderful experience getting ice-cream here on 6/25/24. The two teens working were so friendly and helpful, and were quick about getting everyone in line taken care of. I was truly so impressed by their wonderful customer service skills and how kind they were. We had cones of the burnt brown sugar, cookies and cream, and coffee toffee flavors--all of which were delicious! We will be back!
