We love this place, but how difficult is it to do your job these day's. I worked fast food and not that this is remotely the same as fat shack at 10:40 @ night. I always mad sure every bag got their condiments, all their food & drinks, deserts, and napkins in the bag. It's not rocket science I don't mean for this to sound rude, but how hard is it to read a list and fill a bag? Anyways no cheesecake bites. This is happening entirely too much All around the Denver metro area. An It's frustrating and exhausting to call all these places for the messed up order. I'm personally stretched thin and run constantly and forget to check my damn food before I leave. Which isn't the point of this story.
Then there was a Hispanic man who was trying to start a fight with my children's dad while we were waiting in the car. He made me feel uncomfortable seeing him looking at me in my vechile passing by numerous time's. You just don't know these days. Thankfully nothing came about the situation, but the manager should of done more in my personal opinion. It's sad to see how bad Arvada is these days.
My only other complaint is the lfillings tasted like freezer burnt. I do love fat shack and the one in Thornton is definitely better! Just tighten it up guys.

Came in an hour before close and they honestly seemed too high to understand our order. My husband is a vetern and asked about the sign on the door that said vets get a half sandwich and they just looked at him like he was stupid and had no idea what he was talking about. As someone who has been a regular at the downtown location, I won't be coming back to this one.

Did not get to try food. Walked in and nobody at counter: stood there for about 5 minutes then greeted by a guy that says “whats up?” I start to order my food and the guy just walks off and starts doing other stuff. I stood there for about 2 minutes and he never comes back so i left.

Every time I take a chance and order from this place my food is terrible, thankfully they can make a decent shake but seriously your money is better spent elsewhere. I went in once to pick up my food and whoever was working was horribly rude to me “ I said my name is Eric, I’m here for a…” they cut me off and said “Erin’s in the bathroom you can wait until she gets out” I was speechless. Management needs to step it up or shut it down.

Late night favorite. 10:30pm I waited for an hour after ordering at the self serve kiosk in an empty restaurant, at least up until the thirty minute point. The manager was rude. He was tossing bags at customers who came in later after me. They also waited to get their orders after he ignored them for several minutes. The wait wasn’t the problem for me. It’s the fact I specifically selected no marina sauce. My receipt says no marina. So I know all the information they have back there should say no marina. The guy in the back shouted no marina. But there it was all over my sandwich and extra almost like to spite me lol. I returned my meal for a refund.

The guy working behind the counter was rude. I felt like he wished that I never walked in the door. It didn't help matters that he was the only one working the counter and making the food. He said it would be 10-15 minutes and it was 25. Not sure how this place even stays in business. The chocolate shake was like drinking chocolate ice chips, the burger was just thrown together. First time and last time.
