I've tried this location multiple times for over 3 years and my order has always been wrong little stuff not a big deal but also for the price you guys gotta get your menu items right. The staff had been friendly to my face every time, But they are all clearly stoned. (It's a strong smell) Don't get the wings!!! You need to take them off the menu! Go across the street to 7-11 for wings. Fried cheese cake was great. Again mixed feelings about this place but probably won't be back.

Food was all wrong when it came out the (garlic Parmesan wings) smelled and tasted spoiled. Sent those back and he offered to “ cook the sauce off” I told him to please make me new wings and they made new ones but made me keep my onion rings while they cook. I wanted to eat all my food together ? like any normal person would. Food made everyone stomach hurt and sick. 3 6 peice wings and a burger was 72 dollars$ Food was cold nasty and spoiled. Employees nonchalantly rude and made us very uncomfortable ordering. We should have just went to Buffalo Wild Wings like we planned??♀️definitely finna have to go the doctor with how bad this food made my stomach hurt. We’ve had very good experiences here and don’t know what we did to deserve nasty food with a side of attitude! Also for the price of the wings they were tiny aslll. I’m not a Karen and don’t usually put bad reviews but this was just TERRIBLE . We also all ate at different times because the food was just jacked up.

Worst customer service ever the dude was like falling asleep at the register didn’t even know how I could sign up for rewards to get the 5$ off my next purchase and was completely slow at everything he was doing threw a fit like a child when I asked to see what size cups they have for the milkshakes and has earphones in he had to keep taking his music out to hear me when I was speaking at a proper tone like come on man your at work not at home WAKE UP AND STOP LISTENING TO MUSIC WHILE IN THE REGISTER chubby white dude with kinda long hair..

We were looking for a good food place late night, and came across fat shack. Our first experience was terrible. We ordered food worth around $60 and it was terrible. Everything we had from fries, wings, and our sandwiches were cold! They looked like it was kept on the shelf for several hours and just handed to us.We definitely didn’t enjoy our dinner and would not recommend this place to anyone.
