Went in to this location Tuesday and it was slow. I ordered a hamburger and large fries. When I got home I noticed it had cheese. Since I am allergic to cheese I returned to the restaurant and advised them it had cheese and the male worker said oh well Ibwill make it again. There was no apology and seemed he was inconvenienced because he had to make my burger again. After I paid $21.00. I won’t be returning to this location again

If you want better burgers than your ( insert generic fast food burger joint) go to any five guys , five guys fresh cut fries beat the other places into the ground.
Parking: Depending on the time of day and if they have a rush parking can be a bit of a hassle but not too badly

The food is amazing, but I believe it's overpriced. The staff seemed like they did not want to be there. The wait time was approximately twenty five minutes. I would suggest if you're going to eat at five guys that you order on line thirty to forty five minutes before you're hungry ?

Worst Five Guys burger I’ve had in nearly 20 years of eating at this chain. Fries were undercooked and about half the size of the previous smallest portion I’d ever received from Five Guys. Bun was stale and somehow already cold and soggy, even though I ate in the restaurant about 45 seconds after they handed me the burger. Evidently they aren’t smashing the burgers anymore, and they stack the toppings in the middle like a Jason’s Deli sandwich. For the price, you can get a much better burger and support any of the local restaurants within a block or two of this location. Or you can go get a better, fresher burger at McDonald’s across the street for 75% less. If McDonald’s is beating you in quality, you need to sell the franchise. I’m sure the parent corporation will shut down this spot soon to protect the brand.
But if you like overpaying for small portions of cold, soggy, stale burgers and undercooked fries, this is your spot!

I walked into Five Guys, it was an amazing experience. I was served by this tall manager, he was super nice :)!!! I later asked what his name was and it’s Jazz! My experience was great, he gave me a free shake!

Extremely expensive. . . Ordered stuff with allergy restrictions but food came out omitting the restrictions. Foos quality hot, but again way over priced. For example a single small normal size hot dog with a slice of cheese was $8.95!! What $9 for a hotdogs? NOT even a bun? The same price as a little cheese burger with a bun, an condiments!!! Definitely a bit shell shocked on the cost of the 'entire package' of hotdogs, opps I mean 1..yes 1 with no bun just a single click of cheese.. so the service an cost could use so.e true adjustments but the overall food was good.
Dietary restrictions: Definitely don't pay any mind to allergy issues on the items you order. so take extreme caution ⚠️ when you order to here, as they pay no attention.
