What a letdown. I ordered carry-out, arrived 10 minutes later, and still had to wait 15 minutes. The food, while decent, wasn't as good as expected. $13+ for a hotdog and the Cajun fries were excessively seasoned. Maybe that's how they always are? It was my first time and an all-around disappointing experience.

This HAS to be the slowest Five Guys ever. Orders taking well over 10 minutes when store was empty on a Sunday. Plenty of staff but man, no one really moving anything forward.
Food was cold. Burger wasn't wrapped correctly so it fell apart in the bag. Mushrooms were dirty, tasted weird. Ordered Cajun fries, got regular instead.

The fryers were covered in salt. I could not eat them and if I had, I would’ve had a stroke from the amount of salt on those. Absolutely unsafe and not edible. Had it delivered so hopefully the delivery will give me a refund. If I was in the store, I would’ve made them eat a handful all at once in front of me.

The customer service made me be proud of humanity. WOW. While sitting for my food, which they helped me on my first time here and I witness both employees go out of their way to help us customers. It was real sweet. Every time I can I’ll am swing in.

Five Stars for Five Guys!
I recently tried Five Guys for the first time, and I was genuinely impressed. Their burgers are absolutely delicious — juicy, flavorful, and clearly made with high-quality meat. You can really taste the difference! What really stood out to me was the fact that you can add all the toppings you want at no extra cost. It’s a build-your-own burger dream come true. From the fresh lettuce and tomatoes to grilled onions, mushrooms, and sauces, everything was fresh and tasty. Definitely one of the best burger spots I’ve been to. Highly recommend!

For FF burger joints, this one rates highly. Fresh meat and toppings. Fries served hot, and a staff that was courteous and friendly. Clean dine-in area, well stocked. Bathroom was clean and felt sanitized. Well done to the folks at this location!
