They are new and not as good as some other more established locations, but the view is awesome! But it’s not bad

Great new location. Nice patio overlooking Crown Hill Park! Food wasn’t as good as other locations, pretty sure they forgot to put cheese in the quesadilla. I think one bite maybe had some? I didn’t take it back up. Will probably give it another shot one of these days bc of the patio. Here’s hoping the food is better next time.

First. The place was so incredibly loud. Why didn't they add some insulation along the ceiling to dampen noise. Then add the music is set to volume 10.So when ordering my food the two guys at the counter seemed like they were whispering. I really think they were talking in a normal volume but between the atmosphere and the music level you can't hear them. They in turn also can't hear you.I watched before and after my order and both sides keep asking the other to repeat themselves. Then to the food. They scream out your order to find you but even with him screaming people couldn't hear the poor guy. Finally get our food and it was just meh. Not bad not great. I have had better food at fast casual burrito places which is funny because I don't like chipotle at all, but honestly it tast better.I can't see any reason to come back here. I love to support local but I not for meh food and an environment that makes me want to put on noise cancelling headphones.

I went yesterday for lunch and got a burrito bowl. I was one of 3 people in line and the employee at the line was rushing us through and it was nearly impossible to hear him. When I got home I was disappointed to find the barbacoa was a tiny chunk of pure inedible fat. Paid $14 for a bowl of rice.

Dropped in at 8pm on 3.19.24. Cam and Bailey provided excellent service, were both super friendly, and seemed generally stoked to be there. Grateful to have this awesome spot on the west side. 10/10 would recommend. Keep crushing it! ?

Rice was undercooked, food was over priced, line was long, not a good variety of beer on tap.

I had the ball of pork green chili and the pork that I found in it was very fatty I don't know maybe it was just my bowl II will order something else next time. The menu has a good variety and decent happy hour and really cool free offer for a beer if you buy an entree and show the ticket for the tickety bet you went to or going to

A consistently great spot to get food, with a great atmosphere and staff to match! We’re so happy to have this spot in the neighborhood!

I'm at the 26th & Kipling location. WOW!!!! They just opened and this is my first time here, the employees are absolutely ? awesome, kind and friendly and caring! The food is also top notch! I even came in twice in one day! The food is absolutely so yummy! I've now found my new place to grab my lunch for work and will be telling my family tonight about the amazing service, kind faces and close to home. ***(I haven't visited another location but if this service is this good and closer, definitely worth checking out!)I give this place 100% or more! ??

I’ve tried to like this place many different times starting in college, to being a young professional, and now into parenthood.I was really excited to try this, yet again but was disappointed. It’s super loud. I totally get they’re going for a bar vibe, but perhaps wait to blast the music until after the dinner rush, there are too many voices competing over the music. The kids quesadilla took 5-10 mins to cook but didn’t have a little clock by the menu item like other things that are time intensive (you’ll understand why this matters if you have kids), so we left the counter with all but one food item. It was expensive, even with one of our entrees being free, it was more expensive for less food than Chipotle. I’d gladly pay more if the quality was there. Lastly, we all felt awful a few hours after our meal. Such a bummer.Perhaps this will be a good go to place for margs and the patio but we will avoid for a true meal.

We typically love Illegal Pete’s- we visit the Colfax and the Broadway locations all the time, so we were anxious anticipating the Wheat Ridge location. We ordered for pickup tonight and when we arrived we did have to wait a bit for it to be bagged up, which is fine, even though it wasn’t super busy. But the whole staff just seemed to lack the communication needed. I told 2 different crew members the name for my order, when it arrived from the back of the kitchen it sat on there to go orders rack unnoticed until I had to remind them the name for my order. Arrived home with my large queso, but no chips. I do agree with another reviewer that the burritos seem to be much smaller than their Denver locations as well.Hoping this experience was just due to transitional growing pains while opening their new store.

Sloane was great and super nice at check out. Been to all the Illegal Pete's and the staff here was the best. But they are all great. Even though this location is new they got it.

Just left illegal Pete's in wheat Ridge. It was nice to see how busy it was. However, I took the employees recommendation and ordered the Baja bowl. It was beyond terrible! The fish was mush and the cabbage was just cabbage with diced tomatoes. Very disappointed. I asked the counter girl if the fish is always mushy, she told me yes since they are air fried. I would like to go back and try something else, but at the moment my stomach is still turning. Such a bummer for a new place.

I had to wait over 25 minutes pass the time the app said my food was ready, and proceeded to have half filled dip containers and a soggy quesadilla.
