You'd think that when ordering a breakfast item off the menu that the staff would mention they dont have certain things that go along with that before you complete your order. NOT! So needless to say my kid only got half of what was ordered and no refund since we weren't told ahead of time and they could've cared less. Also the soda machine that should have 20+ options in it, had 3. And you wonder as staff why you're stuck in a dead end minimum wage job. Do better if you want better! Try communicating and letting your customers know you're out of something.

Every time I come here late at night, either the system is down or they are backed up like crazy. When you order, you always have to pull up front, and when you do they can even wait til up to 8 or more orders to get complete before they bring them all out at once. There's been times where I've even waited 30 to 45 min for my food. Don't even bother asking for any sauces. If you do get some, it's usually wrong.

Always friendly, usually place order & drive around. Doesn't take too long for food. This visit I tried the Sourdough Jack Burger. Very good sandwich. Open 24 hours.
BOO! they got rid of the chicken fajita pita. The only reason I went there. Guess I will cross off Jack in the box on my list of fast food restaurants!

I went to go get tacos after a rough night, hoping everything I ordered was going to get sent, I received everything but the sauces, this would have been ok, had it been the first time, but no, this is the 8th time, idk how people eat dry tacos and expect me to be ok with it, I’m tired of this place and it’s the management that does nothing about it

I came right before closing and it was still pretty busy and Miguel (worker) was still very kind and respectful and got me my food as soon as he could. Most workers before close have crappy attitudes and Miguel was not one of them. 💯 food hit the spot as well
