I went here today to get a couple of Jr bacon cheese burgers during my lunch and they made me wait 26 minutes for my hamburgers to be made! It shouldn't take almost 30 minutes to make some simple burgers but I guess for them they think everyone has time to wait for their food! When I went inside to see where my food was the workers didn't acknowledge me and didn't even apologize for the wait

First time here and the chicken sandwich was flattened out. Tasted old. At least the curly fries were good.

When you pay $6 for a burger it should not be a sloppy mess gets cold and unappetizing --- UPDATE.... 5 YEARS LATER & I ordered a single item and you forgot to put the cheese on it. Everyone stay away from this location.It's impossible to get what you ordered.

At this point I really don't know how else to order the food I want to ensure it's made properly. Even meals that were made to compensate for errors have been made wrong. Food is great when it's correct. Not sure why there's such an issue differentiating two types of meat from one another.
I visited this Jack in the Box location 2 nights ago and had an awesome experience! First off, there are not many 24 hour anything spots anymore so your choices are limited. Of those choices, I recommend Jack in the Box or at least this location because the food tasted freshly-made (hot burgers with nice buns and patties and crispy fries) and the customer service was awesome. Jorge and the other gentleman I didn’t get the name of were nice, provided great recommendations, and overall made our visit great.

Went through the drive thru, was told to pull around and wait. After waiting we were given a bag and we drove away. Got all the way home and found out it was the wrong food. That is exactly why we grabbed food there, because the one by our house always messes it up. Super disappointed that I had to eat a chicken sandwich after ordering a burger.
