The Jersey Mike's on 50th and Kipling is probably the rudest location in Wheat Ridge/Arvada

I made a mistake and ordered from the wrong location online. I called immediately after placing the order and nobody would answer the phone. I called immediately after 10 times until I finally got through and they told me it was too late. $50 down the drain because nobody knows how to answer the phone. To top it off, Gigi hung up on me. Absolutely unbelievable!

The food was absolutely fine but they couldn’t have been meaner. As soon as I walked in they didn’t say a word not even a hello. You could cut the tension with a knife it was so awkward. The store was empty and silent and I had to ask if I could order food. The most unfriendly people I’ve interacted with. I’ll go to the other Jersey Mike’s instead just to avoid the awkwardness and rudeness.

WHERE IS MY PROSCIUTTO?
I ordered sandwich #5 on the menu with provolone, ham, prosciutto, and capicola. When I opened the sandwich, I had no luck finding the prosciutto. The staff argued that the ham was prosciutto. I know my meat from Europe and can't believe that the kids on Sunday, 7/13/2025, at 6:00 p.m. tried to convince me otherwise and didn't even offer to fix that sandwich.

Would not refund me my online order, after I did not want to order at the 51st and Kipling Jersey Mike's. My order was intended for the location off I-70 West and Youngsfield. Cece was very rude and hung up on me! There are better Jersey Mike's nearby,

I have a suggestion. Can someone train the blonde girl at the front to not scratch her nose or touch her face while she has gloves on - then proceed to touch people's sandwiches. If it's necessary to scratch or touch your face - change your gloves. It's gross.

Walked in and 5 employees just starred at me for 10 minutes standing there so i just left ....horrible service

Well, Jersey Mike's is fastly becoming one of my more favored places to stop for a quick bite. Them cold cuts and lettuce are brisk, let me tell you! More often than not, they roll through a busy line like it was nothing, too.

This place is no exception to it, lunch rush is in full swing and I was in and out of the place with time to spare. Absolute unit of a team, cranking those sammies out.

Friendly people indeed (: always have good jams playing, too. They even have GF cookies and GF bread. They’re very accommodating! I prefer JM’s instead of Subway, by far.

No water, and telling me to just buy one. Very rude. I asked for water from the sink and she actually had to ask if she could give me that. I spend a lot of money here. Improve your customer service please.
