Went for a sandwich last Friday and while the sandwich was made in front of me whenever they put the lettuce on bugs crawled out of the sandwich. I got my money back and left ... they continued to make sandwiches and they did t even wipe off the counter the roaches crawled over. Ugh... used to be my go to place. No more. Manager says they're negotiating with an exterminator ... keep negotiating but hire one ...

People behind the counter only seem to hear half of what people tell them. I have not had any sandwich made the way I ask at this location, ever. Maybe I need to start writing my order down in large bold print and just pointing at it? Maybe sign language?

DO NOT EAT HERE!! i went there in the morning already having a bad day and the manager (grey hair, short, not fluent in english) was super disrespectful she was being super rude while I was ordering food talking in spanish about me to her coworkers thinking I didn't know spanish. Her hair wasn't up and got in my food and she got my order completely wrong. i'm extremely disappointed in the new manager there because i will NEVER go again after that. If i could give it 0 stars i would.

cleanest jersey mikes we have ever been too. The two guys who were working PJ and Adam were friendly and cleaned the entire time we were there. We were blown away by their work ethic and how much pride they took in their job!

12/29 at about 7:10pm. Both of the young men that were working were quick and friendly. I'm a pretty picky person and I order for 4 or more people. So things are very customized. They took it like champs with a smile. Very good experience. Give those kids some praise. You don't see many with that kind of work ethic these days.
