I waited in line for 15-20 minutes today with 4 people ahead of me! One person was doing online orders and 3 others doing in store orders. The guy in front of me, when asked is your sandwich complete he responded, "I don't know you tell me!" as they hadn't even looked at his sandwich yet. Also I ordered two basic sandwiches with cheese, neither had cheese. Very disappointed with this location! Don't think I'll be back if this location can't even pit cheese on a sandwich that comes standard with cheese! It's not rocket science, it's cheese. Very poor at getting people through in a timely manner!

Got 2 # 8 in a bowl as I'm cutting down on carbs.The staff was pleasant and made a very nice looking meal. Didn't just make it, made pinwheels and a nice presentation. Very enjoyable experience and meal.This is one of my favorite locations. Thanks to the staff!Dietary restrictions: Reduced Carbs

With no one even in line in front of us, we waited 5 minutes for the employees to even acknowledge us being in there, they were slow and rude. Didn't even end up ordering. I like jersey Mike's food but the service at this location is terrible.

Nothing like hearing a line employee loudly, explaining how badly they need to use the bathroom while they are making sandwiches. I get it, I have worked lines... Humans are humans... But come on now. Walked out.

Ordered 52 minutes ago and still no sandwich. Despite 3 attempts at asking the staff for an update and then saying they are right on it, I'm still without a sandwich.

Recently they haven't been getting my order right. I dont change anything except I add bacon but they dont remember that most of the time and I have to ask them to put it on everytime. Food is good as ling as they get the order right. If the person making your sandwich has colored hair. Watch them cause they will most likely mess it up

The girl working the start of the sandwich line had to be on drugs; that's the only thing I can think of. She forgot to make the sandwich of the woman in front of me. I couldn't tell if she heard my order or not. The rest of my party had similar troubles. The end of the line wasn't a huge improvement; you sort of expect a "thank you" or something - anything - when you pay, but the girl just looked to the next person in line. Apparently it is VERY hard to get good help these days. Not very impressed with my first visit to Jersey Mike's!
