Ripoff up-charge artists. Avoid. There are 3 other better (honest) restaurants in the area.

They serve spoiled food.

La Fonda in Wheat Ridge is the best place to go for some of the best Mexican food. The food, the staff and the overall atmosphere is very welcoming

I generally like their food but lately the portions seem to be shrinking with the prices going up. Whatever you do don’t order a chili relleno, especially if you are hungry. It’s the smallest I’ve ever seen. I grow larger green chilies in my garden. Sad.

This restaurant was amazing! Met a friend for a later lunch. It was not busy at all. (But to should be). The service was fast and friendly. I ordered the Vegetarian Burrito. This burrito can easily be made vegan if you ask for no cheese or sour cream. It was really delicious. My friend got a chicken enchilada and beef taco and said it was excellent. Highly reccomend this spot for lunch and dinner.

Impressive old style mexican restaurant. The service was quick and friendly, and most importantly the food was really good.

My dad gets the mini La Fonda burrito, and he can't stop eating it, even when he says he is full. Mini means regular size.

Ordered a chicken chimichanga and rice a few weeks ago, I've been coming here for over 10 yrs now, and they have shrank the chimichanga so bad, it's half the size as it used to be not to mention it's supposed to be golden brown crispy tortilla shell, however I'm not sure they even deep fry these like a real Mexican restaurant would. Place has gone downhill so bad over the years. It cost $16 for a half sized portion chimichanga. I hate to see how small the burritos are now! Prices are ridiculous for what they serve. The workers are friendly tho, seriously doubt I'll ever go back, these people leaving these 5 star reviews obviously don't know what good Mexican is!! This place used to be so good many years ago don't know what happened!
