Little Caesars Pizza

I got called out who I believe to be the manager, for stealing sauces in front of everyone in the store. Embarrassing in its own right. I have not been to a Little Caesars in years. I do not steal. My girlfriend told me that she had purchased two of the dipping sauces. I paid for the two dipping sauces again and when I got home realized that we had already purchased them per the electronic receipt. My fault for giving you guys another go. Will never return.

I put an online order on Thursday, Oct 16th, 2025, when I got to the Kipling location, my order wasn't in the portal, I asked the guy at the counter about my order, he yells if you don't pick it up in 30 minutes we take out and get rid of it, he said I was lucky because he just took my order out, He was very very rude, and it this is a thing why isn't it on the website, I don't have a problem picking up my order before 30 minutes( I don't think it took me over 30 in the 1t place), shouldn't that be on the app when we order?, plus the fact he was so rude, this is the 2nd time at this location,& and I know it didn't take me 30 minutes the 1st time, I love this location becauae of the bigger parking lot, and my order was always ready when I got there, however I will go back to the old location, I may have to wait for my order, but at least I'll get better treatment, I know we all have issues, but his behavior both times was un called for.

Went in a few days ago, the employees was super rude from the jump and he made it known they weren’t making any fresh pizzas…it was 9pm..

Gave me wrong order. Of less value. Refused to offer difference in cost. Didn’t want to remake order. Had to threaten a card charge back for service.

came 25 minutes before they closed they had no hot and readys and the cashier didn’t even want to make us a pizza because it takes 20 minutes to make.

Older guy working is completely rude. I’ll be taking my business somewhere else from now on because of him. It’s sad how disrespectful some people can be in customer service.

This is the worst location! The pizza is horrid and the crazy bread has zero parmesan on it. Ive tried the location multiple times and its always bad. Today was the worst yet so never again!! Im ok driving to a different one.

Lil Ceasars had good pizza when I was a kid and then they fell off for a long time. I feel like they been coming back over the last 5 or 6 years. Or maybe the other pizza joints just slowly been going down hill too. The 2 large pepperoni for 10bucks were okay... the wings were good but like 8 wings for 10 bucks.

Worst call communication system I have ever seen. My young child ordered an uber eats for just bread sticks. I tried 3 times to reach the Store. Never made it through. What's worse is I was directed to a call center, not the store....and they couldn't even cancel the order. I'm definitely anger eating these $20 bread sticks though

First time coming in and I will start with the atmosphere. There really isn't one in a LC because they have no dine in sections. That's ok that's how it is so that out of the way. Let's get to the food I put the stars straight in the middle which is not normal for me usually with places like Little Ceasures Dominoes Pizza Hut Etc I usually give 1 maybe 2 stars at first time but some how this one was on point 3 stars it gets maybe more when I give it a few more tries. Now to the 5 stars goes to service it was friendly. They told me that it would take 10 minutes and they were pretty busy so it was understandable. So over all pizza was on point service was awesome and since I judge atmosphere by dine in experience that gets 1 star because there really isn't an atmosphere in my opinion. This location seems to definitely be one of the better locations for sure. Good Job I will definitely return.

Had issue with order, tried to call and NO ONE ANSWERED. SUCH A STUPID THING TO NOT ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE. WAS ON HOLD FOR 15 MINUTES ONE TIME AND 10 THE NEXT. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. GO TO DOMINOES OR PIZZA HUT
