This place had me worried when we pulled up and it was empty. But it was the bomb! The lady behind the counter was the sweetest thing and super helpful. The food was amazing and we got one gluten free Mac and it was indistinguishable from regular noodles. Seriously give this place a go

Went there for the first time yesterday, I drive by there on the way to work every day. The place showed up as a sponsored add in my Facebook news feed so I looked at their menu and wife and I stopped by yesterday to get some take out and was not disappointed, we both had the popular Colorado Mac n cheese with pulled pork and pepper jack cheese and it was amazing. Great portion sizes too. We will definitely be back

In short the guy was friendly, the vibe was nice, place was clean, food was awesome. Definitely was surprised how many ways you can make Mac n cheese. Many different options including customizing your own bowl. We got āhouse Mac with ground beefā, āBuffalo chicken Mac ā and āColoradoās favoriteā all were amazing. Iād recommend the Buffalo chickenā¦

Oh how I wanted this place to be amazing. I went off the pic on the outside of the building nice cheesy Mac coming from the oven. They had pretty limited selection for starters. The food wasnāt bad but was far from great for the 13.99 a person. The Mac isnāt very cheesy at all the cheese and toppings they put on top is dry. They only have pork they need to look into some brisket to through in there. Staff very friendly cozy little place but my wife didnāt even take but one bite and she is a Mac and cheese fan. I am no chef nor have a restaurant but if it was mine the bbq would have a choice of pork or brisket the Mac would be extra cheesy and the meat would be mixed in not dumped on top with cheese then sent through a oven to be burnt.

The food here is amazing I've been there multiple times and love of. But we got multiple pieces of very long hair in two of our meals this time. I work in food service too and I know it's not always avoidable but this many pieces shows that there needs to be stricter hair net / hat policies. The BBQ Mac is the best so I'll give it another chance in the future.
