I called for a take out. The guy that took my order was rude over the phone. When I went in to pick up, he didn't say hi , welcome not even a smile. Whe I asked for a fork and napkins he gave me a snotty look. I ordered.pork fried rice. No vegis in it, just dry pork and hard rice. No flavor even after dousing with soy sauce. Most likely will not be .back

I’ve been ordering from this restaurant for about four years now and I have not once been disappointed. Their food is consistently well made and delivered quickly. I have never had an issue interacting with anyone in the restaurant; they’ve always been polite and kind. I genuinely think if people are having issues with “customer service” then they’re probably starting those issues themselves.

The dude who takes the order answers questions w/ an attitude. The atmosphere/decor needs a makeover. And the vegetable egg rolls are disgusting. I like the old school bumpy crust egg rolls. They got the smooth ones that crack and drop all over your clothes. Their vegetable delight ain’t nothing but steamed veggies ain’t no special sauce to it. The fried rice is average. Come to Cleveland Ohio’s China Mountain on 150th and St. Clair- that’s real ole school Chinese food.

We’ve always had great food and experiences here and have been coming for many years. Just recently learned that the owner passed away last year. She was so nice to us and we became friendly over the years. I’ll never forget when my car broke down in their parking lot during a heavy rain storm and she drove me home.
CUSTOMER BEWARE: Been eating at this restaurant for 30+ years, Food has always been good to very good, however after the owner passed way two years ago her son has been the person at the front counter taking to go orders. Over the past few years his customer has gone from zero to in to the toilet. A few weeks ago, I called for a to go order. That day he was extra rude and condescending over the phone. When I arrived, the son was his usual rude self. This time I decided to let him know how rude he is and how disappointed his mother would be with the way he treated her customers. I also reminded him about the other fine Chinese restaurants in the area that would appreciate my business with smile. Three weeks later I attempted to call a to go order, however their phone was not working, come to find out the son blocked my phone number. With that said I will take my business elsewhere including north on Wadsworth to King Buffett and the many other Chinese restaurants in metro Denver.

The man at the register, I got takeout, was nit the mist friendly, never said more than 4 words to me, the fried rice was just rice with soy sauce and chicken on top, the chicken wad okay but a little dry, not enough hard noodles! It wad so much better before, for dining in!Parking: Shares with other store fronts, bur very small!

A neighbor informed us their delivery driver berated elderly folks who could not afford a tip. Most elderly are on fixed incomes. Extremely disrespectful.
