The food quality has definitely gone way down. Been going here for the past 2 years on and off and the past 4 times Ive gone i get super sick the next day. Something is definitely wrong with the food.

Ordered food to go and the order was 100% correct stapled on the to go bag. Inside, I had shrimp instead of pasta and no milk or desert crisp which we discovered after we got home and tipping 20%. The food was blah
It took 12 minutes and no one was in line. I only went bc Chipotle line was long- NEVER AGAIN

My daughter was harassed by Efren in this store, she was not given her food that she had already paid for because he said she got soda in her water cup. There were at least 6-7 kids doing the same thing and yes I get she was in the wrong but she was the only one singled out and not given her food. He has been rude to her on several occasions and this time chose to embarrass and harass her in front of a line of customers. Terrible management and a young girl was an easy target for him to harass. I contacted Noodles a week ago and received no response.
So disappointing! I ordered a med salad with chicken and it was inedible. They forgot the dressing, the chicken was like overcooked rubber and the lettuce and tomatoes were bad. What a waste!
