Ordered through Uber eats, food was burned and only got half my order. Called the store the kid had a attitude and after explaining to him 3 times that I was at work and couldn't just come to the store and if they could just re send me a new order he hung up.

At 3:30 in the afternoon with minimal crowd and drive through traffic and this team was completely crumbling under the pressure. Absolutely zero communication from the manager to her team. Iām not mad Iām just disappointed. Donāt be sorry be better.

Got the old standbys - orange chicken and beef broccoli - which were both as good as always.
Decided to make it a big plate to try the grilled teriyaki chicken, and wow š this is my new favorite! I will be back soon to get just this! Orange chicken and beef broccoli have been replaced in my heart.

I stop and Panda in lots of places because my kids love it.
This was pretty much the worst service experience I've seen.
First I pulled to the drive through and was asked to come in because they are short-staffed. Then I come in and wait in line for several minutes to order food while customers stack up waiting to cash out because one employee at the register cannot handle a unique problem. He gets no support.
Then after my order is made I watch them box up all of it but the one item they don't have ready. It all sits on the counter for 10 plus minutes while I wait on Beijing Beef.
All the while l, I'm watching customers before and after me come back to the window with corrections and issues.
This place is not understaffed. It is full of incompetence. Which is all down to leadership. I don't blame individual employees. The manager does nothing to support the struggling team and if I was the franchise owner I would be ashamed.

I stopped visiting this location for a while because the food was consistenly not fresh. I returned recently and while it was a long wait, the food was good. However, tonight I went through the drive-thru, and they forgot one of my entrees that I paid for and gave me regular orange chicken instead of the hot orange chicken I ordered. It wasn't miscommunication on my end etc, as the receipt confirmed your employee input my order correctly, they just didn't put it together properly. This was about 6 p.m. Please get it together.
I received a BOGO free bowl in the mail and went in to redeem it. At checkout the QR code on the coupon wouldnāt scan and the manager refused to accept the coupon. The coupon code was on there they were just too lazy to manually type in the code. Male manager is rude and in a rush. Sadly, I wonāt be returning here. Food was also burned
