Frustrating when businesses with clearly visible times of operation for the dining area lock the main doors before they are actually closed. I ordered for pickup online. I arrived well before closing. The doors were locked before 9pm. There was a gentlemen sweeping that I know saw me walk up to the main door. I proceeded to try to get his attention. He ignores me but I wasn't going anywhere cause I had already paid for my food. FINALLY he comes to the door and I explain that I'm picking up a mobile order. He refuses to hand me my food and tells me I have to drive around the building to the drive thru. What if I didn't have a car? I do but it isn't in the best shape so I avoid drive thru pickup. I had no choice but to comply. But why should I have to during business hours? This was poorly handled by this worker. Don't lock your lobby up until you're closed!

I went through the drive-through, and I ordered a bigger plate with 1/2 chow mein and 1/2 rice, which came out correct. However, for the entrée I ordered Sweet Fire Chicken, Beijing Beef, and Honey Walnut Shimp for an extra $1.50. The person taking the oder said he couldn't find the button for the chicken and put the beef twice on the order and charged me for the shrimp. But after receiving the order, I noticed that I get two servings of the beef and the chicken but no shrimp. I'm just upset that I got a charger for the shrimp I never received.

They stop making food and start closing hours before closing time. I went in an hour before closing and all the chairs were up on tables, all the entrees were empty except two with nothing but the tiny bottom of the bag scraps of breading left, and they were cleaning above the cooking stations. The sad thing is they were still cooking some stuff and the guy was scrubbing above it with a broom, so all the dirt and crap he’s cleaning is falling in the food.

We come in quite often and pay for the all a cart items. They charge $7 for a small and can’t even fill it up. We asked if she could fill it up as there were only 3 shirt left and she literally just ignored us. Either fill up the container that is already way over priced or drop your prices. If I’m paying that much I expect it to be full not half way. Any other panda I have been to gives you it full and doesn’t try to rip you off.

Best franchise in the city! Store was understaffed & waited but the GM did an amazing job accommodating the line & hauling the workload.

Having been in the F&B industry for over 10 years, it's rare to see unicorn service standard!

I come here all the time before work, i work nights so i usually order ahead and pick up dinner on the way to work. Ive never had any problems so i dont typically check the food i just glance in the bag to make sure its all there. I guess i will have to start checking the food. Tonight i ordered a bigger plate with white rice double chicken teriyaki and 1 beef n brocolli. They gave me teriyaki sauce and the sticker on the box says chicken teriyaki but once i get to work and open my box its full of orange chicken which i am not a fan of. By this time im already at work and i dispatch for PD calls so i cant just leave to go fix it. Yea i was definitely annoyed. At least i got my beef n brocolli. I was shocked because i never have problems with this particular location.
