Tim is the worst manager I have ever encountered in my 40 years of age don’t know how your still in business with a guy running your store I had some items missed called and let them know. Instantly told me and I’d have to go back in my car. Bring the items back to him so he could check the receipt. I told him I paid the money in America that stealing when you give money for something and don’t get the item in return, continue to argue with me that was so unprofessional and he can’t pay attention. I tried to explain to him several times, but he talked over me another unprofessional.

Pros: Drive thru, fast service, easy to read menu, clean bathrooms, indoor seating.Cons: Not every food item is on the drive thru menu so make sure you look online or go in the store for all additional items.

This place has gone downhill drastically. The chow mein has been dry the last 3 times I've ordered and the orange chicken is such a hit or miss. But the service is consistently awful. You wait quite a while for someone to acknowledge you in the drive through and when they do, they are rude and sound like they don't even want to be there. When you get to the window they are still rude and just hand your food and shut the window. Customer service and just being polite in general is not in any of these employees capabilities

Took over 10 minutes for someone to answer at the drive threw to place order and when someone finally answered she was very rude sounded miserable and when I asked if there was lemonade she said yes is that not on the menu with an attitude then she pretty much threw my food at me and wouldn’t even make eye contact (she clearly hates her job) this is very very bad service HIGHLY DO NOT recommend for good customer service

I like Panda Express however food tasted bit stale like it was reheated from last night. I came and ate little after 11am. Does not taste like it was just made in past hour or two but like if I take it home and reheat it the next

Staff here is phenomenal and they HUSTLE. The location looks a bit run down but the staff works hard to get everyone their food quickly, and I always get fresh food here in a timely manner, even though they seem understaffed. Service 5/5.
