Been eating at Pietras for many years, the food is consistent and the best pizza in colorado, not to mention that everything on the menu aside from the pizza is also stellar. Family run and owned, what a great neighborhood staple.
This is a family owned restaurant that has been around since the mid 60's. I'm from Buffalo and the pizza reminded me alot of there. Lots of toppings and cooked really well. The owner Joe stopped by and we had a nice chat. I definitely not the corporate location and that rare these days...support local and stop by and get a pie!
Absolutely lovely place! The effort and ambiance is top notch! These are extremely kind and caring people. They made me feel welcomed when I randomly pulled up, I could tell there was a solid connection between customers and employees. Everyone’s killing it! The food was good and they have so much to offer! My only hindrance is that my pizza was like 80% dough and 20% ingredients. The ingredients were lovely and flavorful but when I got home with my personal pizza. Mind you...
