Pizza Hut please go back to your original sauce and cheese and now the pan pizza is just way to crispy and always burnt it's awful. I wont ever ever eat Pizza Hut pizza again from now on its Dominos for us. Ever since they changed their sauce it's so gross it's way too sour and the cheese mixed with the sauce taste way too salty. I wish Pizza Hut never changed from their original recipe.

If I could put zero I would never I asked for buffalo wings and what I got was soggy wings with no sauce besides standing water inside the basket- box you give me opon delivery you guys are too funny I hope y'all read this and realize you all need some real employees

Talk about customer service, the fellas that work here got it down to a science! I won't go into detail, but just know that after a minor mix up with my order the guys made it right. Enough so that I'll be going out of my way to come back.

Hardtack is how I would describe the thin crust pizza I got tonight. Broke my husband's tooth and if you know what hard tack is they used it in civil war for soldiers. So disappointed!

Worst Pizza Hut around!!! we ordered a thin crust jalapeño and chicken pizza, the delivery was on time and fast. My dad broke his tooth on the thin crust that’s how hard it was, I would post the video of my dad tapping it on his plate sounding like a rock! But it only allows pictures, He was on the phone with the manager even doing it and the manager said it was a fork! Why would a customer lie about that? Of course someone is angry it was 40$ for some hard dough you would eat in the civil war.Anyways if you want pizza go to dominos they were going to send another pizza out but who knows what they would have done to it because a angry customer called and made a complaint which they were in denial. ??

The service was good the staff was happy but my pizza wasn’t. When I got home the pizza was sad and barely any sauce and was cold very dry. I was expecting better from Pizza Hut next time add a little bit more sauce and keep it hot.

WORST PIZZA EVER!!!!!!!!! As I was walking away with my order which I stood outside 5 mins for because the driver said he was out there I opened the cheese sticks were cold. The pizza its self had been tossed around the box, it had no taste and was luke warm it was the mozzarella bites pizza the dough under the bites was raw and the bite were horrible and to top it off the marinara sauce tasted like how baby food smells and my dogs would touch it. That's how you know your food really sucks.

I had to call corporate after waiting 2.5 hours for my delivery to cancel my order.
Cancelled my order after accepting it because I was too far away, not a problem... Except they didn't tell me they cancelled it. Called to check on order and the guy who answered lied and said they transferred my order to a different store, which isn't even possible.

I ordered 8 boneless buffalo wings and a medium pizza w extra marinara sauce. There was barely any sauce on the chicken! Most of the chicken wasn't even covered in any buffalo sauce. The marinara sauce was watered down. I The pizza was pretty good though, delivery time took a while though so It was cold when it got here. I called and the manger offered me a 7 dollar credit... even thought the wings are 7.99.. so I suggested that I come by and get fresh ones for free and that was fine. Wont be ordering from this pizza hut again.
