Ordered beforehand by 15 minutes, then got there and waited 45 minutes to even get my food. The employees are just on their phones and not even doing their jobs. Not a good atmosphere at all and not worth the trip. If I could give zero stars I would.

Came thru line. They said only had 2 fryers working and would be a 7 minute wait. Waiting 12 minutes before finally walking in to get food that they had sitting there. Gave me a half order of fries, no napkins or catsup. Fries cold. Will definitely not be back to this location.

I love the food, that's why I come here. Out of the 5 times I've been to this location they never have napkins in the lobby and don't put them on the tray with your food so you have to ask for some. Also 80% of the tables are always dirty.
