QDOBA Mexican Eats

I had catering done for my mom‘s funeral. It was delicious, but there were a couple of things left out of the order (cheese/sour cream). Alex went the extra mile to make everything right, so I will continue to give Qdoba my business!

The staff in the evening pay quite literally no attention to customers who come in, it’s almost like you have to do a whole show and dance just to get any sort of acknowledgement. They take their time to even interact with you, and when they do, it’s one of the most dry, uninviting, and forced interactions ever known to man. The only reason we come here is the convenience of the location, but honestly, the carelessness when it comes to taking care of the customers is enough reason to drive my business elsewhere.

Community update
Please return all bad food and make them accountable for food quality!

Found out they have Bad Faith in the customer base and assume everyone is asking for free food... when truth is burned bean flavor is a problem and the fact is I drove 30min to purchase No free ! $37.88 for the disappointment of food quality....

With bad Faith in costumer Loyalty...

Such a sad report... I personally never had a problem with the food quality

The one time I have taken the time to address the food issue...

I am exposed to the bad Faith in the community of asking for free food...

Online orders are never ready when they should be

Kat is incredible. My wife and I walked in and she was working non stop. The only person running the entire store. She was taking orders, fulfilling orders, checking people out. Cool, calm, collected. It was unreal. Someone get her a raise. I genuinely hope you guys treat her well enough to keep her. She is a gem!

I had to go back and edit this- I didn’t get a receipt because I was too busy flapping my gums to focus! I got the burritos on a company card so it was crucial for me to get my receipt. I called in asking for help. Alex could not have been any more kind, eventhough he was extremely busy, he stuck with it and called me the next day and made sure I got my receipt. I cannot believe the level of customer service. It is absolutely incredible.

You need to train your employees better. If they drop a container of salsa on the floor, ABSOLUTELY DO NOT put it on the customer’s tray with food- what lands on the floor goes in the garbage- common sense. I had to tell the kid to get me a new salsa. 🤬

Wonderful experience with the gentlemen on last night. The food was perfect the service was personable and comfortable. My husband says this is the best Qdoba in town.

The quality of the ingredients has gotten better over the years. However it looks like the portion sizes have gone down while prices have gone up. The outdoor speakers are blown out and badly need to be replaced
