The Texas toast is fluffy and slathered in butter, it’s so good.
Service is quick via the drive-thru.

I went through the drive-thru and everything was super smooth. The service was quick, staff was friendly, and my order came out fresh and hot. Love how consistent Raising Cane’s is definitely my go-to spot for chicken fingers

Staff INCLUDING THE FEMALE MANAGER WITH SHORT HAIR, was just plain rude. Every time I come to this place, there’s ALWAYS something wrong, whether it be with the food or the staff. The cashier kept rolling her eyes at me and I received cold food. I’ve worked at a canes and know what they are and aren’t supposed to do and this place is just absolutely out of order. I went back in to get a replacement and the cashier went to a coworker and was talking about me while I was standing RIGHT THERE. And to top it off, they forget the extra sauce that I paid for and by then, I had my husband go back inside for it because I couldn’t deal with them for a third time. Someone please get in there and FIX THIS PLACE.

Why do I pay for an extra sauce, and you tell me there is an extra sauce, and there’s no extra sauce??!! This happens multiple times. Long waits. They couldn’t even figure out what I ordered, getting my name doesn’t help them. Everyone doesn’t care and these kids can’t comprehend me saying my order the third time. It has gone downhill.

Honestly, the best fast food chicken at the best value. 14$ and you get a 4 piece chicken strip, fries, coleslaw and Texas toast. Is it the BEST chicken nah, is it still fire... yes. Don't let the long line scare you they move fast.

I know I’m not going into the restaurant but it’s the third time that I’ve gotten the wrong size of food through the drive through, so I really need to check every time i get it now to fix this? When i get a box or caniac combo i expect it, not a size down usually

First time trying raising canes, it was pretty good fast food chicken but i dont like sauce all the time so i was a little picky but it was good

INCREDIBLY SLOW!

VERY SLOW

The chicken fingers were good. Juicy and with nice flaky crusted breading. Better than what I could manage at home if I tried. Their signature sauce was like a fry sauce with a hint of pepper. I cleaned it up before finishing the 4 piece meal and next time would have ordered more for the fries as they were basic crinkle cut. The coleslaw wasn't overly sauced and the plastic side cup it came in was nicely packed and needed a utensil or long tongue to clean it out.
